Great Idea! Instead of retired in one place, I could travel to all of these countries during my upcoming retirement years!

I was thinking the same thing. It seems to be more cost effective to travel like a nomad.

Hi Jim, thank you for your vlog. The 10 countries you choosed are good if you want to retire abroad. But i really miss the Philippines as 1 of the 10 chosen ones.

Thank you for sharing. Have you had any travels to North Africa that you'd consider pleasant for retirement? I've been thinking about Morocco; Essaouira, Agadir, Marrakesh, or Tangier. I'd love to hear your viewpoint on any of these locations.

Special-K, My first few years, I spent between $1,200 and $2,000 USD per month depending on where I was and how much I traveled. This was in Asia and Latin America.

That should be good for 1 year of living, you can stretch it 2 years in most parts of SE Asia if you live frugally.

We just spent 2 weeks on the Greek mainland and are currently in Heraklion, Crete. It’s absolutely beautiful and while not as affordable as some other places mentioned, it is not overly expensive either (in comparison to Canada which is extremely expensive right now).

Been to Puerto Vallarta more than 20 times but it has become very crowded and very noisy with construction everywhere since there are no zoning restrictions. The food is amazing and very cheap. Co$ta Rica is a totally different vibe and is my favorite but VERY VERY VERY expensive by the beach. And dude so many ads in this video haha good for you bud.
