Great information-- thank you! I used SW Snowbound in a room with west natural light and it is a very stark white, with very cool undertones. I am surprised given the warm west light and slightly warm, clean wood floors!

I'm considering SW Pearly White. Would love to hear your thoughts on this color. Thank you so much for this informative video. Whites are challenging.

I just used pure white in a flip house. I first used China white and it looked so creamy and dingy-looked terrible. The pure white was absolutely beautiful paired with the same on the trim. I plan on using it in my own home. I used sw alabaster and it’s definitely creamy especially with the suggested pure white trim.

Pure White is neutral and classic! Yes, alabaster can come off slightly creamy when paired with Pure White :)

Wow this video was so helpful! I have a house that faces west and south and gets a lot of natural light. I want something neutral on the walls and then one of the whites on the kitchen cabinets (that faces west) but I don't want anything to look yellow. Any suggestions on what to use on the walls and what to use on cabinets so that they go well together but don't look like the same color?

The combination of SW Alabaster on walls and SW Shoji White or White Duck on cabinets would be nice. Even SW Pure White on walls and SW Snowbound on cabinets :)

Fantastic video. I tried large samples of Shoji White in my large north facing kitchen and family room. With Pure White trim. I have lived with it for 2 weeks. I have dark hardwood floors and medium maple cabinets with a brown glaze. Island is a very Dark olive colour. Hardware is all oil rubbed bronze. The sun goes off these rooms by 10:30am and gets steadily darker, even on a sunny day. I find the Shoji a bit too pink. I have ultimately decided on SW Creamy for the walls. Much nicer warmer effect. Trying to get away from the beige which I have had for 23 years. I'm not sure about the trim. I do want the trim to pop a bit. Should I choose Pure White or White Snow. The other neutral whites do not show much contrast with the Creamy walls. Of course I am staying away from Highly Reflective White which I find too bright. Extra White is too blue. Any comments are welcome. Thank you from San Diego.

very helpful. Quick question. I have dover white interior color. I see a lot of yellow in the house, and borderline not liking it because of yellowish look. I have a brownish cabinets and LVP. What is your interior design style? SW Whitetail is good. It definitely reflects a touch of yellow undertone.
