Not sure I would visit Karachi. Seems a nice place, but Pakistan is a bit dangerous for westerners isn't it?

No, that's completely wrong! I've been to Pakistan two times. I've never faced any such situations! Locals are great at their hospitality, they are very helpful for outsiders!
