I own a VC Overseas 4500V with the blue dial & absolutely love it. VC also sells it with three straps, so I can customize the band depending on the occasion/mood without tools. Makes you wonder why more haute horology brands do not do the same.

VC for me is the top of the Holy Trinity... lacking the JZ rapper hype of PP and AP, at least 100 years older than both.. and still acceptable to the Geneva Seal... It's the Holy Grail. My favorite is the gold with the blue dial!

Love the U.S.A. limited edition. The TURBO magazine limited edition(49150/B01M-9251) is great too but the ones that truly took my breath away were the Japan LE with the blue(49150/B01A-9320) and beige(49150/B01A-9269) accent, the blue one especially.

Sorry, I meant to finish that last comment on G.O. being successor company to the original F.A.Lange founded. It is the "legal" successor only. Simply the name. The talent and experience of those Watchmakers, designers and so forth did not stay for the transition to communism. The training and tradition of the Watchmakers under F.A.Lange did not continue during that period. And so the name alone, or "right to use that name" is all that G.O. retained.
