Okay took your suggestion and read " you can heal your life" it made so much impact helped me to realize how wrongly I'm treating myself. I'll now move to "women who run with the wolves" . Thanks Hon. As a 22 year old med student in a third class country with extremely misogynist Islamic cultures it's hard to express my feminity without being called a who** and characterless person . I need these book to grow up

Amazing I will defienetly check these, just wanna ask, is it normal that this type of books is the only type that catch my attention? 😅 And how do I know that I'm not in this case kinda obsessed with self help books if that makes sense? In one of your amazing videos you mentioned that there is a reason why you like to read certain books so you should do it anyways but I still wonder if there is a healthy doze or will I get confused for reading only this type of books . I'm too much in my head right now lol but anyways amazing video as usual 😊
@JillzGuerin3 жыл бұрын
To be honest I don’t read much fiction! These are the ones that catch my attention too. For me, I just love to learn and am super fascinated with everything in this realm...and I think you just need to ask yourself *why* you want to read these books so much. Is it because you just love to learn it and find it interesting, or is it because you feel like you have to because you’re not good enough now? Basically, does it light you up, or does it feel forced by your inner critic? If it’s just for pure joy then I wouldn’t overthink it ❤️
@manarahmad36693 жыл бұрын

Hi Jillz! Love this list. @JillzGuerin3 жыл бұрын
I haven’t! I have looked into and it seems like it helps women learn more confidence, not tolerating disrespect and standing your ground when you need to, but it also seems like she has silly rules for relationships and her advice can be a little manipulative and immature. Although I haven’t read it yet myself so I can’t say for sure, that’s just what I’ve heard!
@nathaliechah50743 жыл бұрын
@@JillzGuerin it would be nice if you could read it and tell us which parts of her book you believe is true to be a feminine lady and which part is really manipulative and absurd! I’d like to know your opinion on this tbh :)
