I would like to add 2 more to this list 1. Deep learning with python by Francis chollet 2. Deep learning by Ian goodfellow -- its more of theoretical book but if club with above one it will give overall idea. Read the concepts from it and implement it using the above one. Andriy Burkov is a good refresher, i read it every time i need a quick revision. Naked Statistics: Stripping the Dread from the Data is also a good one to reinforce your knowledge.

I realise everyone is different but I'm interested to find out which of the two options you personally prefer. For me, I find I remember more from reading books but I struggle to stay focussed when reading. I find videos easier to follow but I feel I don't retain as much information as when I'm reading. I have been reading about it lately cause AI is a field that I want to get into as of recent it’s 2019, going on 2020, and if I can learn to master AI, I would like to try and find a way to implement it into food production, make certain tasks less strenuous to humans, cause I work in a cheese distribution center, I’m pretty sure my my job should have been more automated a long time ago, we still happen to use technology from the 90’s for some odd reason. I’m wondering if I could turn the cheese factory in my rural town into a lights out factory by implementing state of the art AI.
