Manson knew that Melcher had moved & there’s evidence he knew where he had moved to because where he was staying furniture had been moved around & the Mansion family was known to do exactly that & they called it “creepy crawly,” The reason why they chose that how’s was two fold. First, even though he didn’t know who Sharon Tate was he had seen her at the house when looking for Melcher & that’s when he found out he had moved. However he did know whoever was living at that house had to be rich & part of his crazy philosophy was that black people would start attacking the wealthy. The second reason why that house was chosen is because Tex had also been there before & knew how to get there. If Melcher was the target, at least in Manson’s mind, then they would’ve gone to where he was living because they had broken into his new home.

Bundy was only in Florida when he was on the run after escaping jail in Colorado in 1978 for less than a month. he was on the FBI’s most wanted list in his face was everywhere. In Florida is where his “frenzied” killing era, took over. Meaning his days of approaching pretty girls looking handsome and luring them into his car was over. he was gaunt, hadn’t showered in days or weeks and had a long scraggly beard. They called these killings his frenzy killings because he would sneak in to the victims house at night… Or in one case, a sorority house, and kill as many people as he could as quick as he could before escaping… The exact same night that happened he went down the street, broke into another woman’s home and killed her as well. The only one he approached during daytime was Kimberly leach she was only 12 years old…… also in 1978 Deborah Harry and the rest of Blondie. We’re in New York almost 24/7 so for her to casually run into Ted in Florida during the height of Blondies fame I mean 1978 was their biggest year… They had been playing clubs since 1976, but they put out their first main stream album in 1978 so they were either in the recording studio working on the album (in New York) or at their second home,Max’s Kansas City where they would perform with bands like the Ramones, Iggy, pop, Lou Reed etc. Ntm, her boyfriend, Chris, the guitar player in Blondie and she were inseparable He was almost always with her… So for her to be walking down some random street in Florida one of the most famous women in the world and cross paths with a scraggly frenzied serial killer on the 10 most wanted list? nah. “Fun Fact” though Blondie is the name of their band not because of her blonde hair… the name of the band after a certain German dictators (whose name I can’t even write on here 🥸) dog.

The other two you missed were Angela Lansbury and Charles Manson! She decided to move her entire family over to London, because her daughter was starting to get involved with him. She was stealing from her parents and Angela put a stop to it as best she could and bounced. The other is Patton Oswalt and the Golden State Killer. His wife actually wrote a book that caused the case to be reopened. Unfortunately she passed away in 2016, but Patton helped finish the book and it was published in Feb 2018. By April they were able to make the arrest and identify the Golden State Killer! If it wasn’t for her years of work and Patton being a part of the final product, he could’ve still been at large.

Gacy never would’ve attacked Rosalind Carter. She didn’t fit his victimology. But even if she would’ve met him in a dark alley she probably would’ve been safe. (Most people don’t realize that the vast majority of serial killers (SKs) have a “type” and they generally won’t attack anyone outside that type. There have been a few SKs who would kill anyone but they are truly the exception.)

There are countless celebrities who have claimed they were “supposed to be at the party” at the Polanski house on August 9, 1969 and “got a funny feeling” or “just decided not to go.” Funny thing is, there was no party. Nobody else was really expected to be at the house that night-everyone who was there either was staying there to keep Sharon company while Roman was abroad on location or visiting as a close family friend. Many people also remarked they had seen or met Manson at that house before, but those claims haven’t been corroborated. Manson tried to gain audience with Terry Melcher, who had lived there prior to renting it to the Polanskis, but it’s said he wasn’t there but once and not for very long. Kind of a roundabout thing, but it’s pretty well known that all of these people who said they had either partied with Manson or were supposed to be at Cielo that horrible night were likely embellishing.

Andrew Canaan was a spree killer not a serial killer. To be a serial killer you have to either kill or attempt to kill three or more with a cooling off period & without motive other than the thrill of killing. To that end, Manson, Harrison and Gein are not serial killers either.

They apologize and make their way in the direction they were given. They were on Spahn Ranch property, Manson Family members gave them directions off the property.

Awhile later he saw the same guy on the news for the murder of Sharon Tate and her friends in her Cielo Drive home in the Hollywood Hills. It’s funny. I met this roofer guy, pretty young, and his dad is or was friends with Dennis Wilson of The Beach Boys. So I jokingly asked, “Is your dad buddies with Manson too?” and he was really confused. So I had to tell him the story of how Manson got mad at Wilson because Wilson basically stopped hanging around with Charlie. But evidently his dad never told him the story.

Apparently, Manson was an inspiring musician and pitched a song for the Beach Boys to use. The other Beach Boys heard the song and rejected it but Manson blamed Dennis for it and threatened him. Wilson had nothing to do with him afterwards.
