Mine is a 2015 M sport Alpine White. I did 20% tints all around, black kidney grille, and the rest i spent on stage 2 IC-DP-CP-Tune. Kept the badges on the back as well. Also an aftermarket sway bar. People think its slow until I put it down

Hey bud, just came up on your channel. I’m thinking of getting a 535i Xdrive F10 and was wondering what reliability issues you’ve encountered so far? With all the mods done to the car so far, do you have a 0-60 time on the car? I’m debating between a E60 535i or the F10 both Xdrives, but BMW’s have been so unreliable in the last 2 decades especially when your the 2nd, 3rd 4th owner etc.and the miles are getting up there.

So to start off if the maintenance is kept up on the car regularly and you are doing oil changes around every 4 to 5k miles you should be fine. I am the second owner of this car... got it at 35k miles and I knew the owner before and he kept up on the maintenance. When you are buying a car you want to ask the previous owner/s for proof of receipts making sure they have kept up on it. If you do that it will still be very reliable you will have the usual like a water pump going and oil gasket but that’s what happens at 100k. If you buy a bimmer at 100k and those haven’t been recently replaced they might go because at 100k miles that’s when most parts on a car start to go. That’s what happened to me but now she runs like a champ with everything done at 120k miles.

After posting this I looked into the reliability a little bit more, and people have had good experiences with the 11-12 but most prefer the 13-16 where they worked out the issues, but obviously your paying more for the car. Any answer to the 0-60 question? I want a car with great low end torque with a fast 0-60 time, with after market mods done of course. Also after 60, does the car still pull pretty hard? Let’s say your trying to pass somebody on the freeway at 65, do you still have that instant power on demand? Some performance cars just don’t have that due to transmission restrictions. I just want a fun, fast, reliable daily driver that can also handle winter weather with the X drive. I’m assuming yours is a RWD seeing your live in FL.

Ahhh ok thanks for the knowledge. I really couldn’t tell you any time on the 0-60 just because launching the car is not good and I will just spin. I do want to take it to the track tho so I can get good numbers. You can achieve a lot of torque buy doing E85 and Meth injection along with full bolt ons. YES doing a pull after 60 it still pulls ridiculously hard all the way till 140 like it’s noting. And yes I am RWD

@@CarGeeks launching these types of cars is probably one of the best since the f10 is known for its torque & handling. You can't spin out on the f10 without being tuned or something that allows you to remove your TC off when on Sport sadly. Unless tuning comes along.

Yes they do! Not sure where you can find one as I had to custom fabricate mine because they didn’t make one for my car.

The red button is easy as hell bro took all of 30secs to do. Get you some kind of sticky tape put it on the stock button make sure it's on there good and stuck and yank off quickly. The button will pull right off then place the new button back in the spot.
