Hi Jen, I wanted to add a little background information regarding Noxzema and Cover Girl. Noxzema was originally founded by a physician for the use of vacationers as a sunburn remedy. By the 1940's it was being marketed nationally. Noxzema founded Cover Girl Cosmetics in the early 1960's and both were sold to Procter and Gamble under the same acquisition in 1989. Noxzema was sold a couple of times since that original acquisition, currently it is manufactured by Unilever, Procter and Gamble sold Cover Girl to Coty in 2016.

Hi Jen, the Thrive mascara is my favorite. For a drugstore alternative, I think the No 7 Stay Perfect mascara and the L.A. Girl Volumatic are better tubing mascaras than the L’Oréal one.

One of my all time favorites is Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick- shade Rose Velvet. It’s soo creamy, feels absolutely wonderful on and lasts quite a while. You HAVE to pick it up, trust me- you’ll love it. Lots of beautiful shades but Rose Velvet is the perfect neutral- rose that’s complements any look!

Milani Eyeshadow Primer is perfect for long work days or summer because it keep your lid from getting oil and shadow stays on so well. Milani Easybrow Automatic Pencil is also amazing. I want the two Covergirl blush colors you showed and I love the Milani Baked Blushes. Thanks Jen. Blessings!

Such a great idea for a video! You picked such winners! I had totally forgotten how Covergirl face makeup smelled like Noxzema- all of it!! And those blushes have been around since the birth of Christ. All I know is they were well established during my high-school years, which were 87-91- eeks! I just want to remind people (myself included) bronzer, especially, can look like like 2, 3, even 4 distinctly different colors on different people. Mascara, too, can make one person’s eyelashes look incredible, while making someone else’s look awful.

I have not been without a tube of the L'Oreal double extend since it came out! I try other mascaras but I always use the L'Oreal on a consistent basis.... Almost every day but definitely every week. Love the essence Make Me Brow.... I use the same shade. So quick and easy and natural looking. Love the Cheekers blush. I have so many other high-end and drugstore blushes that this is the one I use almost daily. I also use that butter bronzer every week.... However I love the smell. I'm going to have to try some of the other products you mentioned that I don't have!

Hey there! I have super fair skin like you do and use almost ALL of these products. The butter bronzers scent after using a couple months isn’t noticeable for me anymore. Luminoso looks amazing on my cheeks (I used to use the cover girl in high school, 20 years ago!). I have never used the double extend; but you guessed it-I just ordered it before I wrote this!!! Love you videos but don’t comment a lot. I did want to let you know, for the past couple weeks, the sound on your videos has been fluctuating quite a bit. Didn’t know if you were aware. Hi Christina! Thanks for the heads up...I've been trying to figure it out. I bought a pretty expensive microphone because the in-camera one is awful, but for some reason the microphone is having issues. I keep trying different settings which is probably what you're hearing. It usually sounds fine on my computer but once I upload to KZbin and I play it on my phone then it sounds different. Ugh...it's so frustrating!

😍 Loved the Noxema scent! Reminds me of high school. Those cheekers blushes were the first ones I used every time I went back to wearing makeup (but I'm addicted to Makeup now). I have the Milani Baked Blushes in Luminoso and Rosé d'Oro and could probably just use those two with every look if I wanted to. I use them with the Real Techniques Blush Brush. It's a five-minute makeup look. ⌚️ A few more of my favorites: 🥰 👀For mascara, the L'oreal Voluminous 1000 Lashes is a classic and the waterproof is indestructible. 💄 I don't know how long the Neutrogena Moisture Smooth color stick has been around, but it's wonderful, especially the shade Classic Red. It's fast to apply and doesn't bleed like many colored balms do. 🌞 For a quick face and to add sunscreen over makeup, the Physicians Formula Airbrushing Pressed Powder SPF 30 is beautiful. I have Creamy Natural and it has light coverage that is as beautiful as my Bare Minerals Original foundation.

The Loreal Double Extend mascara is my absolute favorite!!! It is budge proof, cry proof and so easy to remove. I have the Thrive and do like it but what a pain in the rear it is to remove. Great video!

No sadly the CoverGirl one isn't a tubing formula but I wish it was! 😊 Also I agree with you, only children are great at entertaining themselves! My son has always been good at that. But I really feel bad for him due to the pandemic because he can't even have friends over and he misses his cousin terribly because he's so close with her. The Maybelline Fit Me concealer is my favorite I always keep an extra one in my collection. In my opinion the Milani blush in Luminoso is the best one compared to Nars Orgasm. I used to wear the L'Oreal Double Extend mascara all the time, but as I've gotten older my eyes have become more sensitive and I can't use it anymore.

I’m currently using the FitMe concealer in combination with Shape Tape. The FitMe shade was too dark and the Shape Tape was too light (and drying) but they are working great together. I’m happy when I can make something like that work to get use out of it. Also, those Covergirl Cheekers are the only blush I’ve ever completely panned - back in high school and college when I only owned one blush at a time. Lol.

Aw thank you so much! It's taken a lot of trial and error but I'm finally pretty happy with everything. I film on a Sony a6400 camera with a Sigma lens (I like them better than the Sony ones, so I bought my camera without the lens...it's cheaper and then just bought my own). For lighting I have a ring light in the center where my camera is and two of those big square softboxes that I got on Amazon. My ring light is by Neewer and the softboxes are Limo Studio. The exact ones I have aren't available anymore but they're always coming out with updated versions. 😊

I think luminoso is a warm pink/peach with a gold luminosity while nars orgasm is more of a cool pink with gold luminosity in it. I think the milani goes together better and more flattering, at least for me.

I wait like maybe 30 seconds to let it set a little but not dry all the way. Because it's hard to put mascara on crunchy lashes. 🤗💕
