I love the Kinky Curly Come Clean!!! I just recently bought it and have been using it and it’s already a staple for me! It’s my clarifying shampoo but I wouldn’t be afraid to use it every week because I like having really clean hair as a base. It’s ph balanced and really is like a reset for my hair. I don’t feel the stripped feeling though and my hair is left feeling soft. I also like Miche it kind of feels like my Kinky Curly Come Clean but with more slip (that Guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride is a natural and water soluable ingredient that gives it that nice slip). And no kidding that bottle is probably going to last me about a year (bought is during Black Friday 2019). Both leave my hair hydrated and soft. I’m going to try the Alikay Naturals Black Soap next to see if it can be a staple to my collection as well. Hair stats: kinky 4B/4C, fine strands, high porosity, medium density, medium length.

PERIOD!! You got me on the CRN Sweet Ginger and it’s soooo good. Very cleansing yet very gentle I couldn’t believe it when I tried it. I need to get a stripping shampoo though so I might look for that kinky curly soon

TGIN is BOMB ass well, but it’s VERY very moisturizing. To the point that I only want to use it when I’m going protein heavy bc if not I feel like my hair would be too soft

The TGIN moisture rich shampoo is a favorite of mine. It cleans the hair well, gives a great lather and leaves the hair feeling moisturized. This is definitely a staple for my family.

Here before the notification! Always with the great content 🙌🏿. Already have kinky kurly come clean and love it. I have been researching black owned moisturizing shampoos that still clean so this is perfect timing! Plan on trying miche and alikay naturals coconut milk shampoo. Ps. I have oyin hair dew under Kinky Kurly Kustard right now *gasp*. Feels moisturized and no flakes so far. For people who love both, you may wanna try it 😏

I love a lot of these that you mentioned in the video. A few others I would like to add are any of the clay washes from Chocolate Kinks and Kurls. The clays are AMAZING!!! Also Product Junkie Naturals Rice Water Activated Mint Cleanser and Kinky Tresses Avocado Infused Moisturizing Shampoo.

I don't know why I didn't think the ginger rinse had good surfactants in it. It has great cleansing agents. The shampoo did seem to cause me to have really tight tangles though. And I didnt know Curl Junkie was black owned. I really want to try their cowash and I loooooooove the Kinky Curly Come Clean. Amazing video as usual.

So I checked at work to make sure I wasn't tripping and the Ginger rinse appears to have three different formulations it's gone through. The one I had an issue with was the one that doesn't have any traditional surfactants listed, just oils.

I've been using Camille Rose Sweet Ginger Cleansing Rinse for 3 years now! Love it!! I have also used the shampoo from Kinky Carly & that is the truth. I agree if you want or need to strip & get your hair clean. That's the one for you.

My favorite right now is CRN ginger tea, mainly because I can use it anytime, does not strip my hair, now when I want some squeaky clean Kinky Curly is the it. I recently purchased an Eden body works shampoo the Hydration one, used it today wasn’t bad at all, had some moisture with it not stripping yet cleaned my hair and scalp. My on the list to try is definitely Adwoa beauty, soon soon, hopefully when a sale hit, if all possible, Then soultanicals I am striving to get more on the ground because shipping right now really bites, it takes forever for something to get to you in many cases, so if on the ground then that is what I will get. Thanks for sharing a very nice list of our black owned businesses.

I really wanna try the Miche Beauty products but I'm also trying to be good and get through all the products I already have haha. It's on my list though! So far my favorite cleanser is the TGIN shampoo!

Great Video! My favorites from the your list is the Miche shampoo, the lavender shampoo from CRN and the Doux is amazing and I love that its a Co wash that suds and actually cleanses. I also love the Mielle pomegranate shampoo. I will try the adowa when I restock....probably towards the end of the year lol

Yay! I'm looking forward to this series!! I LOVE The Miche Beauty shampoo! It definitely cleans the hair without stripping it! I used a sample size of the Moisture Love Shampoo and I like it too. I heard good things about the Oyin Handmade co-wash.. I just need to go ahead and get it 😅. Oh yeah, and how can I forget The CM ginger shampoo. I use it as a moisturizing shampoo in my routine! I love it!

Daily fix is an awesome cleansing conditioner! Way better than oyin gingermint cowash in my opinion. The doux cowash has cones in it which doesn't make sense to me...The miche shampoo to me was surpsingly gentle which after a couple washes annoyed me lol. Her prices has increased despite the pandemic which i thought was also surprising. Will be skipping out on the brand. Cant wait to try the moisture love shampoo, the products seems promising! I think the Rice butta shampoo is better than the sheayurvedic one. Ive decided to set my wallet on Black owned vegan hair brands from now on. This was a good video, thanks for sharing!

The TGIN shampoo was almost too gentle. It caused a lot of buildup on my hair and scalp. I LOVED the Oyin cowash for my hair but my scalp hated it. My scalp overproduces sebum so it just didn’t get enough gunk from my scalp. I have been looking for a new shampoo so this video came on time. I’ll give the Camille Rose ginger rinse next.
