Spirit guides are all around us in other dimensions and here to help us. One can connect with Spirit guides using a pendulum. Pendulums can also be used for healing. Requires practice. Once connected with Spirit guide always keep both feet still resting flat on floor, moving feet or lifting heel will break connection with Spirit guide (very important). If Spirit guide responds "yes", ask "Spirit guide, heal my liver." If Spirit guide responds "no", ask Spirit guide, "send me to Spirit guide who can heal liver and make perfect. Thank you." Be specific as possible when asking for help. Spirit guides appreciate us behaving with kindness. After session, thank your Spirit guide. Spirit guides do a lot of hard work. Condition of liver will determine how many sessions are needed to heal liver. Additional helpful info. Clean crystal pendulums after each use. Either by burning sage and let the smoke remove negative energy from pendulum for 15 seconds, calling on Archangel Michael to clean pendulum (look at pendulum wished to be cleaned and say softly or in normal speaking voice: "Archangel Michael, clean the pendulum of negative energy" (will take about 3 hours to clean), rinsing pendulum in water for 30 seconds, placing pendulum directly under the full moon for the night, or burying pendulum into the ground for 24 hours. Best time of day to connect with Spirit guides during sunlight hours. I had been to a counseling session, had to "just leave" and sat in car for 1 hour crying hard. I drove home, crawled into bed, curled up and kept hard crying. After 10 minutes, I felt an entity of a large, heavy, mans body "spoon" me and say in my ear "Fear is not a choice, it is a learned behavior". It made me stop crying. Caught my breath trying to understand what just happened. I jumped up, wrote it on a sticky note. I still have that note. That was at least 40 years ago. Will never forget it. Not sure who it was.

Two days after he passed away again I was woken up by my name . This time I was confused because my father had passed. So I decided to go back to bed again I was called by my name ,still confused I ignored it. then he whispered something that only me and my father had talked about when I got up I checked my surroundings but didn't see anything . It has happened countless times when I'm depressed and overwhelmed with sadness and suicidal thoughts. I suddenly feel a wind current swirling past my face, even when the windows are closed. It happens a lot, there are friendly spirits in the house because of people and animals that have past. They keep watch over us or we project our thoughts into the ether and it comes back as something. I can pick up on atmospheres sometimes in places visited but I keep it to myself. I’ve had a visit before, I felt someone/something sit on my bed while I slept, I’m an extremely light sleeper, so I didn’t move. I didn’t feel scared, and I just felt as if I was being “checked on”. I remained calm because demons feed off of fear. And it happens two more times that week, with the last being my name said to me softly and I live alone in a one bedroom apt that’s very soundproof. It was a woman’s voice, but I didn’t recognize it. But for weeks after I had a feeling of being watched, not a scary feeing, just “there”. Can’t explain it all. I've seen my Mom in a brief moment as she sat watching my first grandchild play on the floor as a baby. I've felt different family members in different ways. (I’m Southern-there’s a difference.) He left us suddenly and very quickly many years ago. I came to understand that he died as he lived, on his own terms. There’s some peace in that for me. My MOM is another story. Her death blew a hole in me the size of TEXAS! She was the ONLY person EVER in my life who always had my back. We weren’t particularly close until later in my adult life, but I miss her EVERY single day. I hurt for your loss. I know it’s not the same, but I wish you some kind of peace with this, and I’m sorry if I sounded utterly clinical, and like some kind of Hallmark card. Take care of yourself.

YES!!! what’s worse is for me it’s always celebrities. My family calls me the Hollywood Agent of Death. Bowie, George Michael, Florence Henderson, Carrie Fisher, Debbie Reynolds - I knew the moment every single one of them died. For all of them except Florence Henderson I was asleep. For Bowie I was taking a pre-dinner nap at a hotel in Boston while on a work trip. I woke up and for the next 30 minutes two songs kept playing in my head and I couldn’t get rid of them. Both were Bowie songs - my two favorites from his 1983 album “Let’s Dance” For Florence I was awake and suddenly compelled to spend my Thanksgiving evening watching every documentary on the Brady Bunch I could find on YT. I’ve learned to recognize these as they happen and immediately start scanning for any breaking news. And sure as shit, within a couple hours the news announces that person died. I have just about the creepiest party trick imaginable.

This happened when I was homeless with my bff named Rose. So we're locked out of our hotel room I bought, and the jackass in the office of Red Roof Inn wouldn't let us back. So we told a walk, ran across a (dark grey aura) man, NGL but at this time, I was currently high literally outta my mind. I experience people's aura and how sad or good they are by colors. Pink is angelic, your happy, smart and kind. Blue is confused, you hurt someone, you did something bad, but not bad enough. And your still hurting. Now Black you killed someone, or did something that haunt your soul, spirit, whatever. Brown you are like Black, but not as bad. You can recover.... Anyways, we came across this guy who my dumbass didnt notice his aura was dark grey, he was sad, raging and something else in between. My bff, Rose did substance abuse to uh, calm herself sometimes. I didnt agree with what she chose but....I'm not running away because she wanted to smoke her COD. Im a ride or die chick so....anyways, grey aura man says he has what Rose is looking for, I'm like whatever the fuck, we out here, sleeping in front of our hotel room, nothing to do. I just wanted Rose to be safe. So Mr. Grey Aura opening the hotel he stays at for the night. he says he has this, he got this. I honestly dont care I just want Rose to be safe. As he grabs Rose's hand and trying to lead us inside. I instantly thought 'he's killed someone', now instantly I grab Rose's hand and tell her "I have to tell her something", Mr. Grey Aura yanks Rose's hand, he flinched towards me, and I'm telling you I saw the expression on his face as he flinched towards me. And I swear until the day I die, I saw the demon cane out of him in a split of a second. And a Black aura just surrounded him. We skip, hopped and jumped back to our hotel room. I told Rose and she said, she felt something wrong with him too. Sorry, if this is too long to read. I should prbbly say this at the beginning of the story...I was 19 when this all happened. I'm 21 now.

Many times i have noticed a colourful butterfly hovering near whenever i feel a bit down and sit quietly. I dont see it at other times. It's the same colour butterfly every time and flitting around playfully near me. First, i didnt notice much. Its happened many times now that i feel happy inexplicably when i spot one and start smiling.I would like to think its an angel which wants to see me happy. Lately I've heard songs that my late sister used to enjoy. On Valentine's Day, I was singing some old tunes to myself like "Let Me Call You Sweetheart" and "Always"--those were songs of my grandfather's generation. Though he never had formal music training other than taking a music class and foxtrot dance lessons, my grandfather loved singing and had a natural ability to harmonize and/or improvise on the spot with songs. Anyway, while I was singing, I heard him vocally improvising.

For the past month or so I've been smelling my grandma's perfume almost every single night around the same time. Then I'll say aloud "I love you grandma" and immediately get goosebumps. My great grandmother died when I was seven, she came to me in my dreams right after that. When my grandmother came to me, she wore a house dress and looked like how I remembered her, then a big white light got brighter behind her, she lifted up slightly, her dress turned into a pretty blue one with one of those arm scarves. Her skin was glowing, face still older but beautiful, hair was shiny and perfectly set. Apparently, that was the dress my grandmother picked out for her funeral while she was still living. My mother told me that about a year ago when I felt comfortable telling her about the dreams. Also, my Pa died a few years ago, he came to visit me three times. I only remember a couple of things said from both of my loved ones, but it had a powerful impact on my spirituality.

This one will blow your mind. I was sound asleep and it was about 3:00 in the morning. A voice woke me up like it was right at my headboard and it said "die!!!" and the strangest thing is it was in the voice of my little granddaughter who was probably 5 years old. It was very loud. I got out of bed turned on the hallway light and went down the hall and could feel warmth coming from the kitchen. My husband had left the broiler on high the wall was so hot it was probably ready to just spontaneously combust. I could even smell plastic. The door was shut to my bedroom and I did not smell any heat or any plastic in my room.

I lost my grandfather back in 93 and I have had multiple talks with him in my dreams, can't explain it but I have. Some of them are he is upset with my mother for the way she has treated me and some he has told me not to give up my life is going to get better but it takes time, I hope he is right but so far it is just very slow.
