Vry.Impressive nd Informative vdo lecture bt.I think Using Action Research where ever necessary, Ensuring success of the OD intervention, sorting out problem identification phase , perceived visible benefits as a consequence of OD interventions etc.in brief is quite important factors in HR.Appreciated the lecture sir.Thanx👍

Great video! Why is so hard to get in to hr? Went to college for hr but cant get in, every body I talk to in hr is idiot !

Glad you liked the video! Once you get into it, it gets easier. May be looking for the right job at first seems hard but I'd suggest you to keep trying and making the most out of LinkedIn by uploading your certifications to it.
