Thanks for this amazing information ma'am ❤️ Well I have a question that ... How many accounts I can use to send traffic to a single site ? I mean using multiple business accounts will just "25 * number of accounts". I.e. more good pins linking back to my site .

Hi, Thank you so much for this info, you confirmed some stuff I wasn't sure about. Quick question!... What size do you upload your images (in pixels)? Do you double them to get a better resolution? because my images look a bit blurry on desktop.

Hi Katie, Great video. I wondered if you could help me. I've noticed on Pinterest this last week, that when I save a pin from the feed, it no longer shows me who's pin it is. It is blank. Also when I save a pin from Tumblr on Twitter etc it no longer says I have saved this pin. I have to return to my album and see what I have saved. It seems pointless if I can't see the name of the person aho's pin it belongs to in the feed.

hello! please reply I don't understand how this works: when I am in a board of my boards, I see the pins within with a footer for each pin that shows the impressions, saves and clicks right? the problem is that the number of impressions differ from the number shown when I click on the pin the see the analytics like it is 152 impressions without clicking on it just inside the board but after I click to view the whole pin the number becomes 30 or 31!! why is this happening?

Hi Katie! If repinning isn’t really a trend for Pinterest this year, how many original pins would you recommend to be posted on a weekly basis? Thank you in advance.
@KatieGrazer3 жыл бұрын
Hey Marc, thanks for your question. So it's really hard to say, and there is no one fits all answer to it. But, I would just try to do as much as you can. Create new content when you can, and then create new pins for that or if you don't have a lot of time, create new pins for older content. It has to work for you. It makes no sense if you burn out and quit Pinterest because it gets too overwhelming. Create new content when you can.

Hey! Katie. 1)Will my feed also gets filled with other people's post when they post in the group which i joined? Because I don't want any other content to be on my profile because I've optimized every post according to my brand colours and i don't want to mess up 2) is it ok to add my calendly link on my bio? Am also planning to add my Instagram account link to my bio since i don't have the website. Is it ok to add a calendly link or Instagram account URL to my bio?
@KatieGrazer3 жыл бұрын
Hey Zakiy, so let me see 1) Your feed contains many different pins from people you follow and what the Pinterest algorithm thinks you might like. Your boards on the other hand, will only show what you pin to them and not other people's pins. Your group boards will show all content pinned from everyone who's joined that group. 2) yes, I think that's ok.

Vielen Dank Katie für dieses Video/Lektion! I was wondering what happened to my views seeing it dwindling down from 10K+ to less than 2K. Watching your video made me realise that I was pinning 80% of other content and that worked in the PAST. Since coming to know of your channel not too long ago, I'm slowly building up my audience and you've inspired me to be more creative in my marketing approach. I'm really enjoying Pinterest and for an introvert like me, I find Pinterest marketing less stressful as I do not need to constantly be present to network and make small talk haha 😊🙏
@KatieGrazer3 жыл бұрын
Sehr Gerne Maureen.😊 So it's hard for me to say why your views have dropped, but yes, it could be that you're pinning less of other people's content. However, for me, views and impressions are not the metrics I focus on. Can you check if also your clicks to your site/shop have gone down? Because ultimately, that's what you want, right?
@maureenfletcher13823 жыл бұрын
@@KatieGrazer Initially I wasn't directing any traffic to my website (didn't create Rich Pins), but instead repin a lot of my artwork (alongside other people's pins) from the third-party platforms that I used to sell my designs. After watching your videos, I made some changes and now, I post Rich Pins and that certainly changed the game. My Clicks are down about 53% in comparisons to what I was doing previously before I created Rich Pins, but my monthly views have increased from 1.8K to now 2.5K ever since I made the changes 😊 Tailwind makes it really easy to do so too!

Hello.. I have been watching your videos for the past few days and they have been very helpful. I have a few questions 1)What time do you recommend I post to Pinterest?..I just started blogging and since I stay in Europe, the time difference confuses me since I am trying to target American audiences. 2) When should I expect to start seeing results on Pinterest since I am just new and the rules of pining pins with the same url link have changed and I can’t grow by pinning other people’s content
@KatieGrazer3 жыл бұрын
Hey Oluwatuase, thanks for your question. So I use Tailwind to schedule my pins (I'm in Europe too, Audience in the US), and Tailwind analysis my audience for me and then automatically tells me the best times to post. However, if that's not for you, don't worry too much about it. I honestly think it's more relevant to post quality content than the time you post. Also, I would wait three months, probably six months, to see some decent growth. I hope this helps 😊

Hello Katie! )) A real pleasure to follow your new video! As your consistent student can I ask another question? Should I pay attention to other boards and pins only in search of ideas, design? Is it not worth saving other people on your Pinterest account? Should I have ONLY my boards and pins in my business account?. Thank you! ))
@KatieGrazer3 жыл бұрын
Hey Alexey, thanks for your question. So from what Pinterest is saying, I do suggest that you focus on your own content and your own pins. If you create enough content to only pin your own pins and stay consistent with that, then no, you don't need to pin other people's pins. But it's still ok to pin other people's content if you think it's relevant.
@LelickNose3 жыл бұрын
@@KatieGrazer Thank you, Katie. Still one question from rookie if possible.)) Just "...pin other people's content ..." . Not to save to any boards, right? Just pin and that's it

Hey Katie, I have a blog in home decor niche and I want to promote it on Pinterest. I write one fresh blog post daily and create 10 different pin images for that blog post. I can't afford to pay for the pinterest pin scheduler (tailwind) and wanted do pin manually, so can I pin all the 10 pin images linking to the same blog post on the same day to same board?
@KatieGrazer3 жыл бұрын
Hey, there, and thank you for your question. So, I would not recommend pinning so many pins leading to the same URL in one day. Even if the pin images are different, try to spread them out over a couple of days. Your pins get seen by your followers first, so you don't want to overwhelm their feed with similar content on a single day. I hope that makes sense.
@chandanmatrix3 жыл бұрын
Hey Katie, just little bit confuse for mistake no-5 ( should we continue # or leave ?) what would be the best way ?
@KatieGrazer3 жыл бұрын
Hey Chandan, so right now, I would focus on Keywords and not Hashtags. This may change in the future, but as of now, Keywords are your best bet.

Thanks for the tips! very informative !. Would you advised to still join Tailwind communities to grow followers and views or just mainly focus on creating great pins?

Thanks for all of your great tips. I watched a lot of your videos over the past couple of weeks. I’m new to Pinterest and wanted to know if I can have pins separate from my beauty boards or must all of my content be assigned to a board. Also should I start my boards and pins first prior to following users so that I can gain followers? I’m planning to go live this weekend. Thanks in advance!
@KatieGrazer3 жыл бұрын
Hey there, thanks for watching my videos 😊 . So basically, all pins you save to Pinterest need to be stored on one of your boards. Like a document in a folder on your computer. But if your blog or business is not only about beauty but also other content, then yes, just create a new board about that topic. Yes, focus on your own content (boards and pins) and then follow a couple of people you like. Great content will help you grow more followers.

So, in my opinion, I would only create one Pinterest business account per business. Build up that account and claim your website. It does not help you if you have several accounts but all of them are bad. Focus on one and build that up. Then focus on creating amazing pins and content and you're going to see enough traffic.
