Here are a few of the 3d printing timelapses / octolapses i filmed on the Creality CR-10 V2. What creality has essentially done here is iterated on a bunch of the community mods for the original cr10 and compiled them into a sort of ultimate cr10 kit. a rock solid machine and after running the numbers comes out quite a bit cheaper than buying an original cr10 and doing these upgrades yourself.
You can follow me on social media and see what i'm printing and some behind the scenes stuff here:

WildRoseBuilds I love the functional builds that you’ve done. The small case that snaps shut and needs no assembly was so cool. My favorite functional build from all your videos was the dice-roller castle tower. I’d like to see a more complicated or taller version. It’s the one thing I’ve seen that I want to buy. A friend of mine recently purchased a printer after watching your reviews and I’m hoping he can make me one, but I’d love to see another style build from you.

The angel hair pasta turned out perfect! The vase was totally the best. Not only was it printed with outstanding quality, but the design itself provided movement and symmetry. Overall it was the most visually dynamic and the addition of the color changing filament made it even more so. I also like the way it popped off.

Basically somehow he parks the head after each layer. Then later in editing he only takes the frames where the head is parked and removes all the others. I'm not sure if he has an automated way to detect which frames have the head, but this is basically how you could replicate it.
@rainbowrunner761
@rainbowrunner761 2 жыл бұрын
@@theNimboo ahah that was a long time ago, but i figured it out, he uses a software called o to print and runs it on a raspberry pi and parks the print head, and takes a picture, he’s not actually recording, just taking pictures.
