I'm guessing it's the same battery as 40V. It's a question of peak versus nominal voltage. A given set of cells might put out 18 volts nominal, 20 volt peak. It's the same system. The problem is that everyone just wants bigger numbers so they categorize 18v nominal systems as 20v, 36 as 40, etc.
