$700 a month is not small ! and i wouldnt pay that to live in Mexico , it lacks security and the luxury of a place i would want to spend $700 living at... Okay, just my opinion, i have never been to Mexico before.. but i think Bermudia or Bahamas are better
@theguythatcoment8 жыл бұрын
Fedor Amuricano Bahamas is 50% more insecure than Mexico and places like Mexico city, Queretaro, Yucatan and many other states are far better off than Bermuda. Also Mexico's GDP PPP is 11th in the world, we may be fucked because of Trump's economic war against my country, so I recommend you to wait till late 2017 to see if he keeps his promises or sells out as any other politician.

I’m moving to Mexico so I can be close to family, and what would be almost a million dollar house here, cost $500,00 -$600,000 in Mexico (6,000,000-7,000,000-ish pesos) and don’t get me started on the malls there. There is a mall in Mexico City called “El Mundo” and it’s GIGANTIC. And the grocery stores have seafood bars INSIDE THEM. Btw Querétaro is like the Mexican version of SD but with no beach. It’s nice and safe and pretty.

I am from Singapore and the irony is that people from my country are migrating to places like Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Singapore is not a bad place to live but it is extremely expensive. Forget about living in landed property over here. The majority of Singaporeans live in flats which are now really small. Like what someone mentioned here in the comments, you will realize how broke you are LOL. Anyway, if you have a lot of money, then Singapore would be a great place to stay in my opinion.

Basically, if you're from the US or Europe you can relocate wherever the f you want due to the strength of your home country's currency, and the friendly treatment you'll receive from locals. It doesn't happen the other way though. I'll have to work at least for 50 yrs to afford relocating in any of these, not mentioning the struggle I'd go through finding a job with my 3rd-world college dregree. I guess I have to stay in my country where I face discrimination based on my sexual preference. I don't have other choice, it seems. Having a choice, is a privilege.

Not to be mean but this list is best for White males. I do not care how fancy in the Middle East they build, as a woman you will be second class citizens. A British woman was raped in Dubai, and could not speak in court. From that moment I was like nope, not to mention they still have modern day salves in Dubai, and Qatar. No, no, no!

Switzerland is a great place to live for a while (especially if you're white and have a great job offer in one of the Swiss cities). If you're a person of colour and don't have some special skill (or if you're not independently wealthy like Ms Tina Turner), you can pretty much hang it up on getting into the country. You've practically got to be a begging refugee with tall tales of abuse, hunger, disease, warfare and threat of injury to life itself if returned home in order to get into Switzerland. They don't mind doing development work---for which I applaud them greatly, however, they are serious about keeping this place as in tact as possible, and let's face it: nobody takes care of your home better than you do, so I can on one hand completely understand them...

I think alux need to mention that fact that income taxes are a part of life in singapore and living cost are extremely high in singapore as oppose to UAE. It's interesting why the commentator mentioned UAE as an expensive place to live while for singapore that fact was ignored. UAE is much more affordable than Singapore is. Singapore has various taxes unlike UAE. I have enjoyed my visit to Singapore and UAE both though. Top notch destinations to do business. Actually Singapore takes the cake in most things except cost of living in everything.

Monaco is only realistic if you're mega rich. It's tiny and very dense as well. If you want a city on the Mediterranean, you'll find far more affordable and less crowded options in France and Spain. Netherlands is a more realistic country out of the 2 for the vast majority of people to live in but has plenty of its own negatives as well, such as overly cloudy and rainy.
