@ApartmentKing667 жыл бұрын
A channel or a video? No one's being put down. This video only gives *signs* as reflected in the title. What this video does is touch the nerves of those who wish they were richer, but aren't due to a variety of things such as lack of knowledge or laziness. Everybody has the opportunity to better themselves and self-educate in whatever way they choose. Yes, I see envy in a lot of the people on this comment board. Your comment tells me that you've never made or had much money to begin with...that's how it sounds, anyway. And using the phrase "people with a functional brain" makes you guilty of doing the very thing you accuse this channel of doing.
@GrnXnham7 жыл бұрын
Most of this video is good but the comments about the rich appreciating expensive art and expensive food at restaurants are nonsense. Rich people are as varied as the rest of the population. Many rich people don't give a rats ass about art and would rather eat at McDonalds than go to an expensive restaurant. This idea that rich people are all cultured and sophisticated is a false view of the rich that poor people have because it's been perpetuated by pop culture.

If THAT isn't narcissistic, I don't know what is. Rather than bemoan one's poverty, do something about it: one should seek out rich and wealthy people and ask them if they'd be willing to coach and mentor you and ask them what they did to get rich and wealthy and emulate them. There's NOTHING wrong with trying to better yourself in whatever way you choose. Making money and getting wealthy is NOT a zero-sum game. Nope, not "butthurt" at all.

#3 is also that feeling when letting things, people, and/or responsibilities go that are anchors to your foot, that can stop you going forward. After my break up + leaving my expensive apartment + my pets are being taken care of by my parents (2 cats) + getting rid of fake friends = the beginning of freedom. Now I'm free to do anything I want, whenever, wherever, whatever, however, for whatever reason. Which may be a problem if you aren't disciplined enough. I've been so free that I got comfortable without thinking. But shortly realized it and got back to developing my business. Life is good now.

Money buys you opportunities and better choices, which contributes to happiness. Unfortunately, there are a ton of things that money won't buy. If you are terminally ill and there is nothing that doctors can do for you, having tons of money cannot buy you another life. If a loved one has passed away, money can buy you distractions but your loved one is still dead. Money can buy you fake friends and moochers, but it cannot make anybody genuinely care for you. I could go on and on.

A bit of perspective.... At one point he was unemployed and living hand to mouth during a recession, but feeling a bit down about having very little money. When I came into my basement flat, my keys and any copper change went into a large ashtray by the front door. So i’m Listening to the radio, and a programme about relative wealth came on, and said that if you have loose change of any type saved up in a jar or something similar, you are amongst the richest 8% of the world’s population. Kinda got me sitting back and realizing my situation could be a shitload worse.

I'm not sure if you are preaching to the poor so they will be inspired to become rich, or you are preaching to the rich so they will feel good about themselves? You have a philosophy which is steeped in "The American Dream" which requires being self-reliant, independent, hard working, industrious, tenacious, sensible and forward thinking. "Real wealth is having brains, and a heart that allows you to use them"

#1 sign you are rich: You don't live in a 3rd world country at their poverty level. Seriously, you guys, most of us are so blessed here. We blow tons of money on new cellphones, entertainment subscriptions, and fast food among other non-essentials. Stop blowing so much money and start putting that money away. You probably won't become a billionaire, but you can do better than you're doing now.

I got rich by accident, or more accurately whilst I wasn't really looking.. I always had a high paying ,CFO, job. I bought three houses, one in Worcestershire, one in Canary Wharf (London's new financial district) and a farmhouse in France. One day I looked around and decided I didn't want to do this for another 20'years. I sold the two houses in England, moved to France, pocketed the cash and, together with my pension fund, I "retired". I hadn't truly realised that I was rich, so close was my nose to the grindstone, but I had been investing all along. Now I spend a couple of hours a day managing my investments....and only wear a suit for births, marriages and funerals.

If you're a single person without kids, who make a million one year. You actually survive 10 years because an average a year 80k. But manage to have a portfolio. Consider wealth condition, not poor because the mindset. If your mindset sustain have a car at 17 years of age for 6 years, your leverage of learning your mobility of yourself in time will have good skills in the long run because you were taught to manage life as well as manage money.

Alux family. A true sign that you are on your way to a richer outlook on life is when you can review the video and realise that you are no longer lacking in all 16 areas. I have just realised that I still have to work on # 1, 2, 3ish, 9, 10 12 and 16 but have gone a far way with the others. So I would say I'm on my way and boy does it feel great. Judith JN

i think i have a rich mindset, i identify with many of this. the food one really hits home, i don't fear starting over, i don't show off and i don't spend money i don't have i own everything i have. I understand art so much I spent many years studying it for " entertainment" i understand taxes 100% I have a mentor, I have 4 different streams of income. I had a nest egg of 3 months of my bills paid. I dont stress about my bills until this year. I got covid my nest egg is gone and my bank account has 12.00 in it. I am happy with my life and I go to Disneyland when its open. I give to a lot of ppl and volunteer many places. The market being down doesn't scare me. but i am not rich at all. I just have a rich mind set

Of the several companies I created, I learned that the REAL quotient of "richness" is realizing that the real tool to achieve richness is ALWAYS within you! Gimmicks may look good, but the thing that brings self-confidence is failing, and finding you still have all the tools to rebuild what was lost (and usually you'll recover plus more), AND you don't dwell on the "loss" but get busy on the recovery!

Once rich if you lost your money, you probably know enough people that know you can make money, and they know that sometimes that is part of the game. There's a higher chance people would take a risk with you. You will always have capital for a business if you need it.
