You misunderstood the Super Mario World glitch. The Wrigglers are causing the bonuses for multiple hits in a single jump to go crazy. Note the odd coin and score values after each hit. That is definitely a glitch.

I've done the luigi's mansion glitch. He didn't really elaborate what it is. Basically, the boss you saw, (chauncy the baby) is the third boss in the first section of the game. It is the final boss in the first section. It only takes about 5 mins to beat all of the other boss' before chauncy. Practically, you skip the entire game and go straight to king boo (the final boss). even though the game without glitches takes about 3-5 hours to beat... There is still a lot to the game. By pulling off the glitch without mistakes, you turn the 3 hours to a meer 10-15 mins. That is probably the hardest and most time-saving glitch on the list.

Number 2 is called "Meowser Skip". Number 6 is called "Backwards Long Jumping" (or, the 'BLJ'). Number 10 is called "Rocket Storage" (well, this is the less optimum way of doing it. To perform Rocket Storage, you need to have the Squirt Nozzle out, and enter side-step mode, then equip the Rocket Nozzle. Charge the Rocket Nozzle by only holding the trigger WITHOUT it clicking, and let go right before the rocket goes off. There is a part of the tower on top of the castle in Super Mario 64 that you can effortlessly walk through and be on the inside. You will fall though, so when you get close to the ground, do a ground pound. In addition to the SM64 stair jump you showed (sometimes called the backward long jump or BLJ) you can do the same trick on the endless stairs to make them not endless...

Original SMB world 3-1 get to the end. Before the flagpole there is a series of steps. There will be 2 koopas coming down. You will need to get rid of the first one or jump over it. If you jump on the second one with the precise timing you will keep bouncing on the shell as it keeps bouncing back towards Mario. You eventually after a few times will start getting 1-ups. On the original game you can get 99; on the Super Mario All stars on SNES you can get up to 127 due to the 16 bit system 16*8=128
