Welcome to day 5 of our 10-day chair yoga flow for flexibility and strength.
In this class, we begin with three parts of breathing exercises to calm the nervous system. We then follow with a full-body stretch and strengthening of the lower and upper abs. Various yoga asanas target your side body stretch and tone to create long and strong muscles.
