Trust me u are having intense fever just coz of dehydration... this happened to me last month I had high fever for long duration with headache body ache and then i was hospitalised but all reports came normal ... at last they gave me lot of fluids and it was all coz of dehydration doctors said ... so pls drink lots and lots of water u will get well soon. When we take alot of medicine so all test will come negative. I was happening we me. I was ICU with very high fever same as your case. Doctor was unable to tell me why fever was coming again and again. But one day I got old blood report from fortis hospital. I was in hospital for 12 days. 3 days in fortis and 9 days in asis hospital. I got to know the real problem after 7 days. It was typhoid. The best medicine is only water in fever

Gaurav sir if you are seeing this ,as a I have been a biology student I’ll suggest you to get a “Widal Test” done which is the test for the typhoid . Also sir if you are having something like: Cold stage (when you are feeling very cold and start shivering ),hot stage (high fever, faster respiration with high heart heart ) and then you are sweating, it’s very likely that you have malaria .. If you don’t have all the three above then you don’t have malaria ..The above are the characteristic feature of a typical malarial attack which happens in three stages(I have mentioned above ) ,Each malarial attack is for about 6-10 hours . But , if you are having high fever with body ache and having skin rashes (rashes generally look like measles )then most probably it’s dengue ... a thing to note here that is , sometimes a person suffering from dengue may not have skin rashes at all (do keep this in mind ) One of the most prominent test for dengue is : NS1 Antigen test .I highly recommend you get this done and as I mentioned ,get a WIDAL TEST done as well which is for Typhoid . And at this drink plenty of fluids .Your fever can also be controlled with aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (mainly naproxen or acetaminophen or ibuprofen) There’s nothing to worry about ...You’ll be back in shape in no time ...All of us are here to support you Sir ... I am a doctor and my advice would be, If you are having fever since 10 days its better to get admitted in a hospital and take IV medication, and repeat all the tests. Including Covid repeat test and fever profile. Tc #flyingbeast

This is a relapsing kind of a fever dude. Why do you want him to be admitted when he is perfectly fine in between the episodes? You do realise he can get some hospital acquired infection because of admission for just some fever. This is possibly dengue (much more chances than typhoid, looking at the fact that he has no abdominal symptoms). My grandfather was having similar symptoms a year ago. Lastly he was found dengue positive. If fever continues then sepsis will start developing in the body. U will need high power antibiotics, intravenous if needed. If possible, directly go to the doctor tell your symptoms, he/she may assist you genuinely.

U should test for DENGU sir ji. I had last year september. Temperature used to have 102 but weakness was there for me and vomiting sensation.Just do the platelets count for you.

6 months ago my mother was suffering from fever for 4 weeks, even after taking two dose of different antibiotics the fever was not subduing. Doc. tested everything malaria, thyroid, dengu all results were negative and we were also in same situation thinking what might be causing the fever and was worried at the same time. Ultimately dr order a test of a type of fever called Scrub Typhus and its came positive after 4 weeks of fever just 3 medicine of specific antibiotics for that fever did the wonder and fever subdued. Dr. would obviously know these thing better but just wanted to share my experience if its help you in anyway. Get well soon..

Sir pls don't worry...I also get the same type of fever .... every year. For me it lasts o 10-15 days..pls check ur platelet and WBC count....and if ur WBC count is low then u need to take ORS for a few weeks...in my case my count was very low and I had to take 10 glasses ORS a day....pls be safe and healthy sir...❤️

It is possible that you have sinusitis, as jal neti gave you relief. In sinusitis one's paranasal sinuses get congested causing severe headache and the congestion of sinus mucus can become a breeding ground for bacteria, causing fever , generalised malaise and body ache. I have chronic allergic sinusitis and am also a doctor. Jal neti helps , also nasal spray helps. Meanwhile you can try antihistaminic - laevocetrizine and d-cold tablet. But before trying any of that, check by performing the technique of ANLOM-VILOM , block one nostril with finger and breathe with nose and see if feel blockage. If fever continues despite LAEVOCETRIZINE AND D-COLD , I suggest using ANTIBIOTIC - AMOXICLAV . Also it is best to do phone consultation with a doctor from nearby hospital before taking ANY OF THE ABOVE MEDICINES. Take care, get well soon.
