However, he didn't really go anywhere in AEW. He seems rather over I'm NXT. Not to mention Vince isn't in the picture.

6:40 We also have to consider that not only could that segment be close to home, it could in fact be true. Whether you believe the recent case or not, Vince has a dreadful history of treating employees and would have had no problem seeing his own children as employees and therefore tools to make the WWE successful. Also number one in this video supports this too.

@@magesideHe is the only person who has presented wrestling in history that has wanted it to be big. Turner was happy coasting along, he only wanted it big because of a vendetta. If WCW won that war the wrestling business would be in a much worse state than it is Wrestling is big because of Hulk Hogan taking his Rocky 3 earnings and promoting his wrestling character and being very successful doing so and Wwe deciding to become his agency and building him even more, and then themselves more by proxy. That's why "Vince guys" are preferred. Whoever shows the most gumption to successfully promote their character and the brand overall in his eyes get the opportunity. Cesaro didn't get those opportunities because Vince was Stoopid, he didn't get those opportunities because his self promotion is non existent.
@TheRealAhoy
@TheRealAhoy Ай бұрын
@@magesideOnly 5% of the worldwide global audience of all television watchers actively searches for wrestling. Those other companies have no interest in attracting more than that 5%, Vince aimed to get 100% in general, with varying degrees of success. WCW only attempted that to put him out of business, once that wasn't working anymore in 1998 they pretty much lost their reason for existence and plummeted. If WCW stayed smalltime they would be fine right now, but they saw Wwe at a weak ebb (mid 90s) and thought it was ripe for picking. It's great Wwf won that war, it's the only company that has ever given two craps about the rest of the world being brought in to this campy thing we all enjoy.

A scene that should be remembered with joy but is so tragic now is WrestleMania 20’s ending. I can’t help but be uncomfortable when I see it because both Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit went from top of the world to the grave. Worse is the matter of how they died. Eddie died of heart failure with his demons he beat coming back for revenge, while Chris Benoit killed himself and his family like a monster. One died a tragedy and will be remembered as one of the greatest of all time, the other died a monster and will forever be remembered for how his life ended than his exceptional ring work.

That was centered over the fact that CM Punk is straight-edge(doesn't drink alcohol, smoke or do any drugs) & Jericho claimed that CM Punk's father was an alcoholic.
