She was absolutely not a favourite to win. She was against Rose and John and had absolutely zero chance against either of them. I half-suspected the injury was deliberate, to have an excuse to not compete.

These are dancing shoes, not regular high heels. They are designed to be danced in (they have flexible leather soles and are very stable).
