@@EvanMcVeigh Sight and texture is a lot of your skill to determine things. I've seen countless Top Chef episodes where proffessional chefs get maybe 50 % right on blind taste tests with fairly normal ingredients, especially when you homonogize the food like in nuggets, powders or whatever.

Speaking as a native new orleanian, gator either tastes or has the consistency of pork or chicken depending on where it's coming from, tail is porkier in flavor and consistency and legs are chickenier

Recently did a "will it nugget" thing with my friend. We made nuggets from many things but the shining nugget was tuna salad. We took tuna salad, froze it into pucks and nuggified them and oh my god they were insanely delicious. We've made them a few time since then.

That sounds really good, I'm not surprised! Tuna has a good texture (to me) and is good in fried patty form so tuna salad seems like it would be good too!

Near me a local sports bar has " Cajun gator bites " it also comes with this special homemade sauce that's also Cajun flavored. It's incredibly good and I recommend it to friends every time we go there

100 percent serious, if you guys produced a mythical dog food, I’d buy it. I don’t know how well it would do, but you have kids watching and they’d convince their parents to buy it. If you made a quality product you’d be set. Edit: I think proper seasoning for each one would have changed the results.
