Those fines are ridiculous! Dirty players (or should call them criminals) intentionally hurting others risking life time injury to the victim should be disqualified for life. FIFA organization is a joke. They give another chance to the offender, but victims don't get second pair of legs. This is no f.. sport anymore. The filthiest foul in my opinion was 29-11-2020 by Arsenal defender DAVID LUIZ - a filthy player over many years and clubs, on Raul Jimenez. LUIZ ran in at full speed into the penalty area and nearly killed Jimenez: the only immediate head surgery saved Raul’s life. The match was broadcast live by (Sky or BBC or someone ) but the footage lost/missing or simply will not be shown such was the savagery of the attack- it cannot be called a tackle. I was shocked legal action wasn’t taken against LUIZ.

Fucile is next to the ref complaining because he was about 2 m away from the ghana player who took the dive and yet the freekick was given. Ghana is not a "victim".
