Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. I have a freezer full of chicken breasts & I had no idea what to do with them; I'm all chicken parmesan-ed out. UPDATE: I made the Spinach-Stuffed Hasselback Chicken today- Yummy. I used mushrooms & artichokes instead of spinach & freshly grated parmesan cheese instead of the cheddar cheese (just to switch it up). Everything else was the same. I will definitely make this again.

Just a suggestion but if you are going to crumb some stuff put the crumbs into a plastic bag then drop the meat into the bag. Use tongs to pick up the meat from the flour to the egg to the crumbs. Simples. Keeps your hands clean

3:00 how did you take chicken from out of the skillet that looks like this (covered in sauce) then plate it with no sauce on it and merely putting the sauce on top? How did you get all of the white sauce from off of the chicken before you plated it? Same with the spinach. In the skillet its cooked with white sauce then it has no sauce when it was plated
