I just went camping on the 19th-22nd of this month. The first night was spent in a motel because it was raining. Next night we finally got a night of proper camping aside from some rude people playing loud music and being loud. Third day, it rained again, then hailed, then flooded tents. We went home early. But still a good time.

The most disturbing of all the stories and videos I've listened to on this channel is the mom putting the BBQ in the tent to keep her kid warm Heartbreaking She thought she was doing something good for her girl and ended up accidentally killing her own child. I just gave my lil one a big loooong hug after I heard that.

Astounding levels of negligence by everyone in that first tale. The narrator hears terrible screams and then just rolls up her window and falls asleep?! Without even ringing the front desk or 999? Close to the city - them, faraway - no wish to encounter some wild boar or a bear. And after "Jaws" film I could not make myself bathe in unfamiliar water...
