There is one I noticed in Vincent and the doctor. When they are camping outside the church Amy's costume changes from scene to scene. She has tights in once scene and the next she doesn't and scene after that she does again. Super weird one to notice I am aware but the colour difference was noticeable 😂

It's actually possible to make this whistle while wearing gloves. The fingers themselves (depending upon technique) do not make the whistle sound. They actually help to push tongue into the correct position, so the air pushed through the shape if the tongue is what makes the sound. I have known many people who could finger whistle with gloves on. The sound is slightly dampened by the fingers being covered in fabric, as the sound rushes past them, but most people practiced in this technique, it is not impossible at all.

the one that gets me the most was in the episode where matt smith drove the pandorica into the exploding tardis. When everyone runs up to the roof top and the doctor grabs a satellite dish and points it towards the sun, you can clearly see it isnt aiming at all in the direction of the tardis. The LNB is pointed off to the right, so he wouldnt hear anything. Im a radio nerd, i hope other people have picked up on this. cheers

I love your video. The only one I would add is In season 2 episode 7 "the idiots lantern" the doctor used his sonic screwdriver (like he normally does) to unlock a door in an alley during his investigation on the faceless people. While putting the screwdriver away David Tennant accidentally pushes the on switch and the screwdriver glows for a brief second. Since he's unlocking this door at night it's easy to see and a real head scratcher as to why the studio didn't fix it. There isn't even any sound to the sonic, just the blue light.

My absolute favourite is from 'Terror Of The Zygons' (1975). The lead Zygon, Broton, played brilliantly by John Woodnutt, has, in the 'collar level' sucker on his suit, a small silver microphone, so that he could say his lines on set, to presumably, overdub in the Zygon voice later. The microphone, though small, is very visible, as it is bright silver. Even cooler, when Character Options made their 5" Zygon action figure, in about 2008, it was made with the silver microphone in the top sucker.

The sign was actually warning about Trip Hazzard. A dangerous space pirate that has a nasty habit of kicking doors down. So the station pretends to have booby trapped doors so he won’t kick them in. Hence the warning: “Caution, Trip Hazzard”

There's a VFX shot error in The Snowmen episode when Clara finds the TARDIS up on the clouds, it's all wrecked and scuffed on the exterior due to the events of the previous episode The Angels Take Manhattan, which in itself is a great nod to continuity, BUT in the very next shots the scars and scuffs are gone and the TARDIS is back to normal with no damage at all...

In 'The Eleventh Hour,' there's a shot continuity issue when 11 first takes his Tardis key out of his pocket after scaring off the Atraxi. You can see him from behind taking out his key right after the eyeball flies off and once again from the front in the next shot. In 'Day of the Doctor,' when 11 is watching Elizabeth and her Zygon duplicate kissing 10, the bangs/fringe of his hair keeps coming in and out of his fez. It happens in other parts of that scene, but it's very apparent here.

I don't think the last one was a mistake. I think it was supposed to be Matt Smith hands doing the same action as William Hartnell. As in "he became him" I'll tell you mister really blaring one in journey of the Centre of the TARDIS. Clara pushes a heavy piece of metal off of her. And it makes a loud noise when it falls over. But then when she gets up she accidentally kicks it with her and you can tell it's made out of foam. Great video though. I can never unsee those others

The real world has imperfections and sometimes signs get mispelled, sometimes very important or prominent signs. There's no reason to believe that fictional worlds should always get every detail correct. Sure there's a 99% chance that it was an accident on the set builders part but there are still in-universe explanations.

About the “magic whistle” I never figured out how to do that finger whistle…despite trying. When I was young though, I figured out how to make the same sound without using my fingers. But, I would still put my fingers to my mouth when making the sound so as to not look weird (I was weird enough as is). So having gloves wouldn’t have stopped me. Perhaps this is what was going on? Maybe a stretch, but it’s possible.

I think the oxgyen levels were from the outside amount of oxgen it was registering, not their actual personal supplies. Since it's quite possile pockets of air do exist, and towards the bottom where the doctor lands it is there.

Haven't watched the video yet: I just wanted to comment about the return of Rassilon (Timothy Dalton). There's a shot of him wearing the gauntlet and you can see one of the segments on the knuckle or finger swinging because it was loose and looking like a cheap prop. Also, I think Dalton is great, but I think I remember him getting into one scene as Rassilon so much that spit comes flying out of his mouth as he's spouting his lines.

Okay, so you mention the "Hazzard" thing in Time of Angels but don't mention the fact that when River jumped out of the ship and into the TARDIS that it was 10's TARDIS in space, not 11's. You then mention a script left on 11's console in The Day of the Doctor but don't mention the mistake with 10's head moving twice in the hologram screen in the same scene. I know these are more known but I would argue they are also more of a mistake than the others. Especially the River/TARDIS one.

Tardis being a 14 dimensional being when performing a projection of the Doctor at Bad Wolf beach would want his appearance to be as natural as possible and being easily aware of wind direction and strength would easily project hair movement based on the wind blowing at the beach. The one mistake I never hear anyone talk about but that bothers me the most is how Capaldi's shoes also seemed to regenerate. When Jodie Whittaker is about to fall out of the TARDIS, she seems to be wearing different shoes. This also happened in the Baker/Davidson regeneration, so maybe it should be canon that shoes regenerate with the Time Lord wearing them.

Series 4 Episode 1 The Matron nanny said Adipose had 1 million customers and that there would be 1 million birthdays although when Stacy died there was more than 1 Adipose which means there would've been more than 1 million birthdays if she had succeeded and there was also possibly more than 10,000 Adipose already born when The Doctor and Donna stopped her. Also why were there only 2 guards that stuck by her side before ending up in town despite being by her side and then they ended up on the ground floor going after The Doctor and Donna although if you watch it and listen to The Doctor and The Matron talking while fiddling with the machine the guards were by her side only moments before!

There is an error in the fantastic episode 'The Doctor's Wife'. Idris (the Tardis in a human body) censures the Doctor for always pushing the doors to the Tardis inwards, when, the notice on the outside of the Tardis says 'Pull to Open'. Whist is is true that police boxe doors did open outwards, the issue is, the notice 'Pull to Open' is referring to the smaller door within the main left hand door of the Tardis (or an old police box). This is so that members of the public can access the telephone inside to summon a police officer. This smaller door does need to be pulled to open.

I think somebody on set was a closet "Dukes of Hazzard" fan and just totally forgot the actual word wasn't spelt that way. 😂Not gonna lie, I've never even watched "Dukes of Hazzard" but, I've apparently seen the title written out enough that it seriously took way longer than it should have for my brain to even notice that hazard was spelled wrong. 😅 And the mistake from "An Adventure in Space and Time" was totally a post-production screw-up! I know that the background for that shot was added in post ('cause Matt couldn't be there on the actual day they shot the scene). Obviously, someone in post had that shot of the console on their computer and just went "um, yeah, that'll work" without really considering where the Doctor was actually supposed to be standing. 🙄(Or they did, but didn't have another shot of the set they could use for the close-up and went "maybe no one will notice..." 😆)

The next one is way bigger and very obvious my family noticed it the first time we watched the episode, when the Amy and Rory meet the pirates that gets killed off one by one, well they don't all get killed off, one merely vanishes! Don't believe me watch and count them!

Yes I'm replying to my own comment over a year later. I googled the pirate one there is apparently a deleted scene of him falling off the boat while trying to flee but I can't find it! If anyone knows where to find it please let me know. He is the final pirate bar the Captain if anyone wants to find him missing!

There was one in Fear Her. David Tennant eats out of the jar. First scene he used one finger but in the next scene it appears he actually used two. I noticed that one pretty quickly it’s fairly obvious

So, as I see it, the TARDIS control room has (1) good lighting so that you can (2) easily read the handbook on the console, and (3) an electric fan to help the Doctor keep cool. All perfectly reasonable to me.

I really don't mind spelling mistakes. The Doctor does travel in a parallel world(s) to us. Megga volts was used in Inferno. I also think variant was misspelled in Ambassadors.

Maybe in the future the usual spelling of "hazard" will be "hazzard". After all, only a hundred years ago or so it was common to spell "connection" as "connexion". ;-)

As well they should! The emphasis is on the first syllable now, so having just one 'z' should make the 'a' a long 'a' sound. Two z's fix that.

I rewatched Love and Monsters with 10th and Rose. The main character (Doctor light episode) said he saw the doctor as a child and it cut to David tennant standing over the camera. Then it was immediately followed up with the same guy saying he lived through BOTH the living plastic and the Slyveen from 9th doctor then he said he saw the Christmas invasion. There’s no way this man saw the 10th doctor as a child then lived through multiple 9th doctor events unless this man is also a time lord.

Can the writing on the door be caused by the TARDIS? To reflect traveling with the Doctor being dangerous as a warning to Amy, or maybe the TARDIS knew (as she always does) that outside the TARDIS was Weeping Angels so venturing outside is ill-advised.
