I loved this video. I have gone to a chiropractor for several years. He has gotten me out of some very painful nerve pinches.

This video is on the money! Breakfast is important. My day is shot without it. Sylvester Stallone in his book called Sly Moves (great book) talks about the importance of breakfast. Another book called Body for Life by Bill Phillips talks about doing cardio/hits prior to breakfast but, warns to eat breakfast with in 60 minutes of waking up or the body start utilizing muscle tissue etc. and no energy for the day

#9 is the most true... I have had chiropractors swear they can end my migraines. That may be true if you see them regularly...but doubt it. Mine sure didn't. Chiropractors discovered selling supplements is a moneymaker long, long before doctors did.

I started seeing a chiropractor about 10 years ago. For 1 year we did 3x's a week, then we dropped to once a week for 6mos - a year, & since then, now we see each other 1 time in 2 weeks. I did not go for back pain. I went as a way to add to my health & it sure has! In so many ways. Shouldn't knock it, if you don't actually try it. ~ PS --I take ZERO of the supplements there & never have.

I go because I'm on SSDI, and I need medical records. I try to work with my doctor, but statins increase my risk of Dimentia. Why that worries me, My Dad had ALS, his sister had ALS, his niece had ALS, his other sister has Dimentia. So, their doctors said, it must be hereditary, so our family is in the small percentage of people that Dimentia or ALS is hereditary in their generation. My sister does not have the gene mutation, but Dad's sister's kids do. So, I won't take a statin, but my last blood work, my HDL was higher than my LDL, and my triglycerides were lower than both.

Don't worry about it. You need your cholesterol to transport your hormones. The real killer is calcium hardening on your arteries.

Hit training is likely to give me a heart attack lol walking around 10,000 steps per day and eating sensible freshly made foods high in plants seems best for me until I loose 30 odd pounds

Good hack for some types of people is keeping an honest food diary and monitoring steps and weight via Fitbit or similar on your phone. Plus steps plus healthy fresh foods and avoid ultra processed. It’s not fashionable to say but it is intake vs output if you are attempting to loose excess pounds. But KZbin videos muddle people up when they talk of the dangers of tomatoes or blueberries .

People who say chiropractic is a quack I don't think they're talking about the chiropractic stuff I think they mean the weird dietary warnings like for example "don't eat flax seeds chickpeas and soy because you're going to get breast" cancer Is that even true by the way??
@AdamJStoryDC14 күн бұрын
@@daysoftheboo that sounds silly. Breast cancer isn’t because people are eating too many flax seeds.
