There's a mistake you made in your breakdown in your easter egg video, so the location that these guys are in at the beginning when they stole the car there were three trianglular shapes in the distance when we see an overlook of the city. This must be Cairo Egypt because the triangles in the distance are pyramids. There's only one place in the world those could be.
