I use a jar of marshmallow fluff and dip my chocolate bar in it. Kitkat works the best. 😊

start with JUMBO marshmallows .... burn the marshmallow, eat the crispy crust and then slowly toast them... I use big chocolate chip cookies instead of grahams and anything except a plain chocolate bar, whatchamacallits and heath bars are awesome..... no bake cobbler is a great one...... yes, we have yummy honey up here.. I do a dump cake, 1 can pie filling, dump into greased D.O. in seperate bowl lightly stir just 2 or 3 times 1 box cake mix (your choice of flavor), 1 can soda pop (your choice of flavor), and 1/2 stick of butter chopped up.. it will be super lumpy, pour over pie filling, put on lid and bake with heat top n bottom.. cook till 'done' stabbed with a ponderosa needle.....

For campfire cones, the best place to get ingredients for that is Aldi's. They have dark chocolate covered fruit.

Amanda, instead of a s’more. Have you tried a banana with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips? Wrap it in aluminum foil and put in the fire for 15 min. It tastes awesome. I’ve done this for the troubled teen girls we take out to show them there’s a better life out there. I haven’t had a complaint yet. Never mind, I see you have already got this one covered. I’m going to try it with the raspberry’s.

A small tip for the strawberries, try a little cracked/ground black pepper on the strawberries, it really brings out the strawberry flavour x All those recipes look so delicious, I will be trying some of those x yummmmmmm

Wow thoses are some great ideas! Dutch oven ideas look really tasty. Jello no bake cheesecake works really well for camping too. Have you tried steaming deserts? Brownies or cupcakes in silicone cups steamed in a cook pot.

I tried the pie iron pie back in February but I made the mistake of doing the prep at home. The filling oozed out all over the pie crust while in the cooler to form a sticky mess. I tried it anyway while at camp and it stuck to the pie iron. Not an epic fail because we just picked it off the pie iron and enjoyed the part that wasn't stuck to the pie iron. But note to self: assemble at camp ;) I really want to try the peaches recipe! Can't wait for my next camping trip!
