Pork chops do not take 25 minutes to pressure cook. They are very lean and need only about 7-8 minutes.

No, we didn't add extra moisture. The vegetables and pork should have enough liquid that is released as they heat up.

I think it depends on the size of the instant pot. If you have the biggest size model they sell, it's possible it might not be able to (I can't 100% remember, but I think someone said this when I posted the standalone video). But in the medium/small ones, shouldn't be an issue.@@kratino
