Hey Mridul! Loved your video. I share the love for trying to make changes in my life for that little bit of betterment for the environment. I'm a 21 YO Female. I started using MENSTRUAL CUP this year. It's been three months and the first few uses, the first month it was a little tricky, I wanted to go back to using pads but then i had heard so many positive things about it. And now, I am so so grateful for sticking around. It has not only been an ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY decision, but has also reduced the period hassle so so much. It's totally good for the environment as well as for the body. You should watch people's experiences with it. If you do want to make the change sometime, I recommend the Sirona Menstrual Cup. That's what i personally use. You might want to cut the stem length to adjust to your body type if you start using it. You're doing a great job! Lots of love to you!!!! ❤❤❤❤

Done mridul di ......happy birth month ..I Okh to start of I felt the other video to be very relatable..becoz I do most of the things mentioned... 1. I also bite my nails when I'm anxious once I was growing nails for 3 months for my birthday and before my the day my teacher took a surprise test ..I bite all of them ...my all mehant went to waste 2. I too like orange popsicles 3.i can too sleep for more than 15 hrs 4 I too sleep on my stomach I cant sleep in any other position and the fun fact is it's not healthy and good . 5 same I too can hear everything while sleeping ..you will feel I'm writing all these to impress you how can we so similar but trust me it's TRUE. 6 .I too dont charge my phone until it reaches 5 percent ..I think I should accept it's my laziness

I use menstrual cup since long and it is absolutely safe in almost every aspect. Do use it, it has got so many advantages and good for environment in comparison to pads and tampons. Do give it a try, hopefully you are going to love it as you get habituated. Every girl should switch to this in order to save money, to get rid of unnecessary rashes, leakage, to promote lesser use of plastic and so on. I personally recommend using reuseable pads and menstrual cups. 🌼 This video has definitely educated me more and will educate more people. Thank you! My regards.

Loved this video. A much needed one too. Also, I'd add, ke instead of plastic or aluminium utensils, you can use iron/copper ones. Granted , they'd be a little expensive, but if you can, do get them. It'll help your body get these macronutrients directly as well. my mom follows a lot of these too, like the compost/non-plastic containers etc. a lot of our traditional practices are more eco-friendly so we really need to sit and see which ones we can bring back :D Wondering also about biodegradable pads - haven't used and i'm not superrr comfortable with menstrual cups which my friends started using for sustainability reasons so i'm wondering if biodegradable pads are a good alternative?

I'm 19 and I use the menstrual cup. Try it out yourself. It's not just easy to use but also very environment friendly. It has absolutely no harmful effects on your body. Trust me it's way more convenient to use than cotton pads. They're not very good to use as they stain a lot and are difficult to wash at the same time. I've used both so I'm able to tell you as to what exactly is good.

We have switch to bamboo brushes since 1 year, To bamboo combs since 8 to 9 months Me and my mom have switched to menstrual cups and cloth pads respectively since a year now My mom prepares compost at home since 5 years Also we segregate plastic waste and send it to factory where they're recycle or upcycle this and make very beautiful products out of recycle plastic
