You can slow down or accelerate speed in settings. By .25 jumps, or .05 jumps if custom. Extremely useful :)

this is the present form conjugated with the pronoun (he) - we use both present and past form to refer to the verb - something like the infinitive in English

I have a question about the verb to drink. In English, if you say "he drinks" or "he doesn't drink", without adding what he drinks, it's understood that you're referring to drinking alcohol. Is it the same in Arabic?

Yes exactly we say - howwa beyeshrab (he drinks) or howwa ma beyeshrabsh (he doesn't drink)
