a lot of good Ideas. I would also take a zip lock bag to put the electronics in is a must.

Great tips! I would add a hat to the list of essentials.

Good thinking! A hat is a great way of keeping the sun off of you!

A cooling towel during hot weather! Give it a little soak and then it can keep you cool while waiting in standby!

Bringing sandals is a great idea, I love Splash Mountain but the soggy aftermath always makes me question why I just went on the ride lol. Splash Mountain is just too good to pass up!

Splash is a fav of mine too! I don't mind the wet so much when it's hot, but those sandals are a lifesaver for my feet!

I was curious on bags and noticed ur backpack mention. I was wanting to bring my CamelBak for fluids purposes. Is that allowed?
@RTDAdventures Жыл бұрын
As far as I know, that should be fine.

How do you add your Disney gift cards to the app? I have not been able to figure it out :|
@RTDAdventures Жыл бұрын
When you open the app click the 3 lines on the bottom right, then go down to my profile, click payment method, and you should be able to add the gift card 👍🏻🎉

You pretty much covered everything 👍🏻 A jacket is a good idea too for the winter times when it gets cold at night. Otherwise be willing to spend at least $60 on a jacket or sweater.

You got the right idea! Pack the things you don't want to have to buy later!

We just wrapped up a visit and wished we did bring reusable straws in our kit. If you’re prone to chafing pack some baby powder because you will be getting the miles in.

Baby powder is a MUST! Thanks for the tip!👍🏻

Good video! I was happily surprised to see that I take just about everything you mentioned. I don't take a backpack, though. It always seemed like it would be bulky and in the way. But I wear cargo pants and shirts that have a lot of zippered pockets, so that's cool. When we go in October, my son and I will take a small side pack to see how that works. I suggest a cap. It keeps the sun off your head, and if it's really hot out, you take the cap off in the shade, wave it a little, and it cools off and feels soooo good when you put it back on. I leave my wallet in the hotel room (GASP! You NEED your wallet!!!) Nope. What do you really need? ID or drivers license, Disney credit card, gift cards if you have them, and your ticket (cast member told me the paper ticket is best to use, because sometimes their readers don't read the code off the phone). I put those few things in a badge or ID "sleeve" like you might have at work, which goes into a zippered pocket. ALSO, some cash for tips for restaurants, if you don't want to put the tip on a card.

Reusable straws! My family and I really dislike paper straws, so we always travel with our own with a cleaning brush.

What about a good sturdy pair of shoes so you don’t get blisters?
@RTDAdventures2 жыл бұрын
Good shoes are so important! We're always on the hunt for a good pair of shoes to break in before we head to the parks.

We always bring our own poncho's for the water rides. Approximately $5.00 from Target - in the camping section. Also, we bring frozen water bottles. They melt quickly. We toss the empty bottles in the recycle bins when done. However, your own refillable water bottle is a good idea too. Great tips guys!!!
@RTDAdventures2 жыл бұрын
Ponchos are always a great idea when you want to keep dry! Definitely cheaper to bring your own too and save vs the ponchos you can get in the park. Then again, we never bring any because we like getting wet! And a big thank you for supporting us! 🙏
