Limiting beliefs are eroding our minds, make us stagnate and not pursue a fulfilling life - Am I good enough? - Am I going to make it? - Do I have the capacity? Keep pushing through these barriers and don't listen to the devil on the shoulder. Facing the fears will make you courageous and accomplish greatness.

I work daily on reframing these beliefs! It’s not that I’ve ever been a super negative person, but I know everyone can always improve. Reading Martin Seligman’s books made me feel pessimistic and that’s when I started to strive to be even more positive. 😁

Limiting beliefs block our abundance and keep us stuck. It's so important to do the conscious work to overcome limiting beliefs so we can attract the things we desire.

The fear people hold about others judging definitely holds people back. It's a shame, because often it stops people giving something of genuine value to those around them or the wider public

What if our limiting beliefs are true because our behavior has backed up those limiting beliefs? For example: I’m not intelligent or capable --> not having created any projects and being very indecisive. How to change thisv

🔴 "X" is a bad person. They can't do something because they are something. I can't do. -> "Redefine what you can't do ". It's not upto me so it's not worth the effort. They are something than me. People will judge me. If I am vulnerable, I will only get hurt. I don't deserve this. I should be doing something instead. I don't need this.

height is not a limiting belief theres limb lenghthening surgery and I'm getting it the moment I can afford it. height is on of those things where people treat you different in society because of it. Especially professionally. You are seen as inferior. Im not super short but Im below average and infantilisation and heightism is real.
