I would love to have very happy, thriving life with optimum fitness level - but don’t wanna live that long . I mean living strongly and blissfully until 80 years. Then, I just die the next day without any sickness. Just go peacefully & nicely.

Another common example is employment. You have a job that pays very well but you absolutely hate it. The job is miserable every minute of the day. You can say things like "at least I am making good money", "the job isn't really that bad", "It is better than scrubbing floors or toilets", or even "I'm retiring in five years anyway then I can do what I want" or "I can afford a nice house, car, etc on my salary"

The devil can’t touch those who think for themselves. Only those why are drifters, and let others, the world, their flesh to dictate their thoughts and reality. Don’t be a drifter. An underrated book by all means.

I don't believe that personality disorders can be developed without trauma. Have never met someone with a personality disorder without (childhood) trauma. Those who claim to have had a normal childhood may be in denial or just not able to remember.

We were taught that Maslow's hierarchy of needs is like a pyramid built of blocks where all the pieces support each other and if even one piece is missing or removed, the pyramid becomes unstable and it endangers the other blocks and the pyramid can collapse under its own weight. Therefore, all blocks are equally important and needed.

The influence of culture is a very complex system, there are external and internal elements, including not only genetic but also emotional experiences. It is important to learn about your possibilities but also about your blockages, where they come from and what impact they have on future decisions. I notice one thing in my account, although we are just starting out, that knowledge scares people, they prefer to watch "bouncing boobs" than face knowledge, such a case is the episode about childbirth, many women struggle with the topic of pregnancy, sometimes with the decision to have a child and sometimes with the effects after birth. There are many myths surrounding this topic, which we debunk in our discussion. Despite this, it does not arouse any interest, although the topic is important because everyone was born once. Welcome, it's worth turning on the English translation and I'm curious about your opinions.

What most people don't realize is that those with disorders have exactly the same emotions to work with as "normal" people. The difference is that they are on the far end of the spectrum. It's not as though they have a light bulb on their forehead that lights up when they go off the tracks.
