At the end of each video, you should show up a summarize of what you said. For example in this video you recapitulate all the defensive mechanisms and you explain, for each of them, in a few words what are they. This video is very complete but there's too many informations and I don't manage to memorize them all. Anyway keep up the good work

This explained the defense mechanisms so well! There are a few that commonly confused me, but now I get it much more!

Defence mechanisms often times come from a lack of understanding for EMOTIONS and not letting them out in a proper way. Children need to be taught emotional intelligence, instead of geometry, so that they can have tools for processing their feelings.
*_If you can become aware of defense mechanisms_* than you can take steps towards changing

Compensation is essentially just a combination of displacement and repression. Instead of thinking about the issue or blaming others, they substitute something else.

I took the test you made. Don't really understand the MBTI INFJ results when I only scored 31% on Conscientiousness. Is 31% high? Perhaps your test needs to be tweaked a bit.

Don't feel terrible about being honest. It is through such honesty that you can empathize with others, even if you disagree with them. It is how you stay humble and gain wisdom. Embrace it :).

I have a defense mechanism my would be projection....when I'd try to avoid being too nice or too soft and refuse to take shit from someone who can't control their attuides,...where their frustrations would ,trigger me to get angry. If some one takes out on me underpressure or just remind myself to brush it off and ignore their negativites.I make a mistake after being called put on bullshit nonsense on order to learn better. If I react to criticism it's because I wouldn't wanna be disrespected or accused of being mean or egotistical.Usally if a meeting is called where everyone is involved I'll feel some type of way about it because if one person goes down then I would try to speak up fast to ensure I had nothing to do with nothing There's others who've done and the ones I delt with were crazy,Ignorant careless and selfishly too self involved with themselves.I wouldn't mind being called out on certain things if I'm wrong about something I'd say tell me so I can correct it but don't belittled me though.I refelect on drama but I'm working copping with my own problems to deal with them mature and manually as a civilized adult.Cause the last thing I Wanna do Is get, into some beef with someone over something stupid it's totally unhealthy and the last thing I need is negative tension to wreck my inner peace...I can learn from all my mistakes but grown from them I know it's not too late...things ain't easy cause I've been through a lot but I'm trying that's all I can say.
