Thanks Bobby and Jared, for producing and sharing such an informational resource at such a critical time in the design industry. Your interviews have been especially helpful for me as I transition from an individual contributor to a design leader.

I would have liked to see this guy faced with some criticism. Facebook is notorious in the community for its bad ux and inept design cues. It would be interesting to see how he takes it

Jared's question at 19:15 is exactly the kind of thing I wanted to see in this video! With the planet becoming constantly more interconnected and digitally social... where is it all going? Where do the leaders of this movement want it to go?

I would like to see the interviewee background more happening and appealing like they sitting infront of the big glass window where we also can see what's happening at the back or they sitting infront of interesting wall art or at a cafe and maybe something broad we can see at the back. This would help to avoid boreness by listening an hour of talk while resting our eyes eventhough the topic is interesting. Afterall design things should be interesting right. Just my oppinion.

It's worth reading Language in Thought & Action by SI Hayakawa. Design is a tool that helps achieve a specific goal.
