So, "goat demon" from Leviticus I think is a satyr and Jude supports other things, because of the reference to sexual relations to other things besides humans. So yes I think the argument could be made that minotaurs, centaurs and satyrs are based on something real.

It's likely that some of the post-flood giants taught budding human civilizations about their "fathers" (the fallen angels) and helped to facilitate the creation of many of the false religions of the world. 1 Enoch says that the fallen angels also sinned with the animals, meaning that they also manipulated the offspring of animal DNA to make mutant, chimaera-esque beasts.

I began my Christian walk as a Baptist. Southern Baptist to be specific. Then I migrated to Independent Baptist. In 2012 I moved over to Presbyterian because their view, supposedly, of Sovereign Grace I felt was more in line with Biblical teaching. Still holding to certain Baptist distinctions, I’m somewhat of a “Bapaterian”. Among all I have been in an extreme minority for holding to a literal interpretation of Genesis chapter six. I believe the Nephiliem were actual giants because that’s what the Bible says. It’s also a curiosity to me that the early church as well as Judaism taught such at one time. What I did not know was that Jude directly quoted the Book of Enoch. I am familiar with Jude it just never registered with me that he was quoting from the actual book. This is true. The bible was written hundreds of years later, it's a firm of government. "Jesus" was ancient Egyptian and didn't write a book. The only problems I have with Enoch are: 1- How can angels lust after women since they are spiritual beings and therefore don't have passions? 2- Angels chose their eternal fate at the beginning of their existence, but doesn't the book of Enoch imply a second fall of the angels? I read the book of Enoch and yes it's fascinating but don't forget what the Fr. Chad Ripperger said that curiosity is not a virtue. Which means that one of the reason this book is not in the Bible is that those information is not necessary to be known in order to reach our salvation.

By ​The Barbell Lifestyle My thoughts on the whole thing are a bit of an expansion on what St. Thomas Aquinas taught. He says the following: "Still if some are occasionally begotten from demons, it is not from the seed of such demons, nor from their assumed bodies, but from the seed of men taken for the purpose; as when the demon assumes first the form of a woman, and afterwards of a man; just as they take the seed of other things for other generating purposes, as Augustine says (De Trin. ii.), so that the person born is not the child of a demon, but of a man." In other words, angels don't have bodies and therefore no reproductive organs. But like they have done so many times in scripture, they can piece together parts of matter in a very convincing likeness to human bodies (e.g, the angels who visited Abraham, St. Raphael to Tobias, etc.) Therefore, according to St Thomas Aquinas, fallen angels can take on the appearance of a sensual female (aka a succubus), receive and hold onto male seed, and then turn into a sensual make likeness (e.g. an incubus) and artificially inseminate females. Now of course, this would obviously result in just a normal human baby right? Well, yes. But one thing to consider is that Angels are significantly smarter than humans will ever be. @@Danny-zm5rhwell, there’s been proof that there was a Great Flood and many figures of the Bible were real… Not many “mythologies” have those things, and most don’t last as long or span the globe (granted we’re now moving across the globe). Isn’t it interesting that the various forms of Christianity and Judaism are all based on the same text? Instead of getting “disproved”, it’s had plenty proven. How many fairytales do that? I’m not trying to be rude at all. I’ve dealt with skeptics my whole life, but it’s never affected my faith. I’ve seen too many miraculous things (working in healthcare). My opinion is that nearly all monotheistic religions have nearly identical teachings. I think we’re all praying to the same God. It’s like different roads to get to the same destination. I just happen to be Christian. It’s where I feel lead.

I'm imagining the flood now. I always found it interesting how Noah sent out one of the doves. He sent the dove out from the boat 3 times. The dove came back twice. It obviously had nowhere to perch at. Which of course means there were no trees. Hearing this fascinating topic on the book of Enoch makes me imagine how high the waters must really have been. Yes. I also recommend the documentary "Is Genesis History?" it can be found on youtube. Protestant in origin but it still has good information. Take special note of their explanation of the sediment layers in the grand canyon, essentially it was deposited all over a very short time, something likely only a global flood could achieve. It also should remind us that, of what existed before the flood, essentially nothing remains. We have no idea what the world was like back then compared to post flood.

I always wondered why a God that's all knowing & all powerful didn't know the watchers would betray him & produce these giants. Or if he did know it would happen, then why did he allow it to happen, just to turn around and flood the earth bringing death to everyone & everything that wasn't aboard the ark. It also brings into alignment the earth not being millions of years old, but only 10+/- thousands of years which better matches with the Bible time line. I saw another video a couple of years ago, showing slides of giants hiding in plain sight. They showed a number of "rock" formations from around the world that look like giant, huge people reclining in various ways, potentially as they drowned and landed on the earth. Haven't been able to find it recently, wanted to save it.

@Jay Sea If you pray to Jesus Christ, our Father God in Heaven, you can't go wrong. For Jesus said no one was good except the Father. Even angels told people not to worship them, when they kneeled before them, because they serve God too and they are not God even though they appear as majestic supernatural beautiful holy beings. You have to Read the Book of Enoch and the Book of Giants to understand the old testament. Both of these books where found in the dead sea scrolls. Chuck Missler was talking about the Nephiem in the 1970s. His youtube videos are awesome.

The reason why the book was not included in the bible, it was because at that time the church had only translated copies of the book not the ORIGINAL one and for this reason the church had no way of knowing if the translations were correct or not and because of this reason they could not include it in The Bible

We were told some decades ago that a giant named "Katagwan" lived for more than 300 years among our people but later died and was buried close to a hill in a vicinity of about a kilometer from my family home. His grave is still preserved to this day. We were also told he served as a "protector" or otherwise a defender of our people from invaders/enemies. His footprint are still visible and preserved. It is thought his footprint does not appear on sand but instead, on hills (mountains). It was thought he was not completely human, meaning he was a different kind of being. We were told he measures more than 5-storey building from ground. The story was that he even belong to a "Clan". The place where he lived among the people and died and was buried is Agban Kagoro, Kaura Local Government Area, Kaduna State of Nigeria.

You are not wrong and this was defined by the 4th Lateran Council, that the angels have already chosen their position. It's one of many reasons why this book is and never will be canon.

Yes, the angelology (theology of angels) found in 1 Enoch is opposed to the angelology of Thomas Aquinas that angels had one and only one choice before the creation of man. Yet many canonized church fathers (eg, Justin Martyr and Ambrose) believe in a "second fall of angels" because they lusted after women. There are two opinions among the church fathers. The difficult part is that Jude and 2 Peter seem to endorse the view that the Watcher-Angels fell before the flood after copulating with women.

In other words, angels don't have bodies and therefore no reproductive organs. Now of course, this would obviously result in just a normal human baby right? Well, yes. But one thing to consider is that Angels are significantly smarter than humans will ever be. Interestingly enough though, the powers that be are interested in finding original nephilim skeletons for some reason. Please don't fall for this nephilim garbage. Rubbish. God made sure He gave us the Canon (Our Bible) the first time around. Else we are like the Protestants. The note in the Douay Rheims bible (specifically in Genesis) tells us that the 'giants' (No mention of 'nephilim') were simply 'men of repute'. The Douay Rheims has been the standard Bible of the Catholic from the very, very 'beginning'. The English version was given to us by the church in the 1500's. If you believe a book like Enoch was left out by God then you don't believe God gave us our Bible and you don't understand or believe that the Catholic church is the one true church of Jesus Christ, and you don't believe that the Holy Spirit has guided it. Enoch is not a book inspired by GOD. Angels don't procreate, nor can have relations with "the daughters of men." Quite interesting ! This highly controversial book has puzzled scholars since it's discovery. I could be wrong but I seem to recall that there were other versions, at least two, handed down through history. Though I have a copy, I have only done a cursory reading of it while not lending it any credibility. It has recently become quite popular with non-Christians as well as with Christians. While Jude could have quoted some words, it may be possible that this book is a perversion of another book yet to be found. That it was also found amongst the Dead Sea Scrolls does give it some credibility but the Essenes are not completely understood. It has been said that they were the recipients of all corrupted Jewish texts because the temple, synagogues and scribes had to dispose of such documents but could not destroy any thing with God's name used in it. This is why documents were placed in jars and concealed in mountain caves. The Ethiopic text that you pictured does generate many questions. So now there are texts in Ethiopic and Hebrew but from whence came the original ? The original probably doesn't exist but from where did the flow of copies start ? Could the original or first copies of the original come from Alexandria ? How would Alexandria have first recieved it ? It has been said that many writings came from the oral tradition of memorization until someone decided to write it in a scroll or book. It is hard to believe any document surviving from the time of Enoch to the time of Qumran. The original would have likely been written in PaleoHebrew when first written or some Paleo language form. There were Two Enochs in Bible. One of Line of Seth. One of Line of Cain(there were also 2 Lamechs). Godly Enoch was translated & never died. An Old Testament scholar has theorized that the 200 watchers knew of the coming Messiah, and had relations with women to corrupt the seed of man (i.e. damage human DNA). This would prevent the Messiah from being born, if everyone had corrupted DNA. There is a clue in Genesis 6:9. "Noe was a just and perfect man in his generations." This was an attribute of a man found nowhere else in the Bible. He theorizes that Noah's family was the only one with uncorrupted DNA. The flood served the purpose of cleansing the world of corrupted DNA. However, the wives of the sons of Noah were from the general population. In the end, it turned out only the sons of Shem were genetically clean. As the descendants of Ham, specifically Canaan showed clear signs of genetic corruption: "Cursed be Chanaan" Genesis 9:25. Why would God curse a young boy, when it was his father Ham who committed the act of mocking his naked father? By some sign it was clear that Canaan had corrupted genetics. The line of giants came from Canaan. The Messiah would come from Shem. What about the youngest son, Japheth - the father of the Indo--Europeans? There is nothing in the Bible about giants in the line of Japheth, but there are hints about giants in ancient European documents. Who can forget, "Fee, fie fo fum, I smell the blood of an Englishman." There is even a hint that Gog and Magog (Siberian/Mongolia area) were giants. This explains why God in the Old Testament seems xenophobic and genocidal. He was trying to keep Shem's line, the last pure line of humanity, safe from contamination. This explains the long detailed genealogies. It explains God commanding certain cities to be completely slaughtered when the Children of Israel entered the Promised Land. And this is why I believe taking the mRNA shmaxxine was a violation of Genesis 6. And I think this is why Pope John Paul II was so against experimentation on human DNA. Sorry for the long comment.

The part that really caught my attention, I think it is in Enoch 3, where Enoch talks about the Messiah, son of Joseph, and then Messiah, son of David. The translator thought it might indicate two messiah, but to me it points to the first and second coming of Christ.

Thanks for this video. I think it's well represented of the Scriptures in Enoch. To me, an additional point that I would include in my "top 10"...would be that the 70 generations that the monsters are locked away - implies that at the end of such time, they are released again. If 70 generations from 'the days of Jared' (appr. 4,900 years), then this puts this within the "range" of the modern era. It's therefore no coincidence that there's a proliferation of reports of monsters/giants/hybrids since esp. 1947; the same year that Israel was recognized as a state and the "window" of time that Israel is "raised up". Hosea 6 has much to say on this as well. Thank you again.

Therefore , the 'STARTING POINT' as a minimum for the last generation...is potentially1967. If so, and Psalms says about "a generation", "70 years, and if by strength (plus 10),, then potentially it could go till 2047.

My guess would be that just like humans they have free will. Humans can be redeemed. But angels cannot. I'm just assuming that if humans can be constantly tempted by evil so can the angels. Angels also have the full knowledge of good and evil. While humans do not.

We must distinguish between the “Watchers” the “nephilim” and “demons.” Watchers, and Nephilim are not demons. Watchers are, sons of God, (angels). Nephilim are the direct offspring of the watchers and human women. Demons are the spirits of dead Nephilim, who are the “unclean spirits” who were cast out by Jesus and the apostles.

Cosmas of Indiocopleustes, a sixth century monk describes Enoch's flat earth being the model for the Tabernacle in his book Christian Topography which compares the liturgy itself with the form of the earth; with heaven (holy of holies) above the veil (firmament) and earth below heaven where salvation is wrought and hell below that where the demons reside and the accursed wind up. Several Fathers refer to the earth as a two story house. Cosmas supports that with Moses' writings in the Pentateuch and other passages in scripture. St. Basil touches on the subject here: "In the midst of the covering and veil, where the priests were allowed to enter, was situated the altar of incense, the symbol of the earth placed in the middle of this universe; and from it came the fumes of incense." (The Mystic Meaning of the Tabernacle, Bk V, Ch VI; Clement of Rome, Stromata, Bk V) Many Fathers of the Church like expound on it. Aquinas touches on it as well: "The firmament, that is to say, the sky, was thus established in the midst of the waters, to separate the waters above the firmament from the waters. The divine power establishes this firmament in the midst of the waters which were below it, in it, above it and around it. It was of a concave form, and sufficiently defenseless by its nature against the invasion of internal or external waters, it was like a well fortified house, which gives security to its inhabitants." -Aquinas Study Bible. Wikipedia explains: The cosmos created in Genesis 1 bears a striking resemblance to the Tabernacle in Exodus 35-40, which was the prototype of the Temple in Jerusalem and the focus of priestly worship of Yahweh; for this reason, and because other Middle Eastern creation stories also climax with the construction of a temple/house for the creator-god, Genesis 1 can be interpreted as a description of the construction of the cosmos as God's house, for which the Temple in Jerusalem served as the earthly representative.[31]

I don't have specific links to any single source, but I've collected MANY quotes from the Fathers and saints. Interestingly, sometimes the heretics help by disparaging historical Catholic flat earthers. For instance, there is a book called 'A History of the Warfare of Science with Theology in Christendom' by Andrew Dickson White. Chapter 2 deals with the shape of the earth and White, an otherwise reliable historian famous for careful sourcing, sneers at the Church and saints' on the matter using the saints and Fathers own quotes to undermine them for being flat earthers. Also, Cosmas' book Christian Topography goes into beautiful detail about flat earth and the liturgy. Both books are available to read for free online. Here's one for the Catholic globe believers to ponder: If there is a firmament/dome over the earth with water above it as scripture tells us, how can there be heliocentric "space"? From Origen, St. Ambrose and St. Augustine: Origen called the firmament “without doubt firm and solid” (First Homily on Genesis, FC 71). Ambrose, commenting on Genesis 1:6, said, “the specific solidity of this exterior firmament is meant” (Hexameron, FC 42.60). And Saint Augustine said the word firmament was used “to indicate not that it is motionless but that it is solid and that it constitutes an impassible boundary between the waters above and the waters below” (The Literal Meaning of Genesis, ACW 41.1.61). Taylor Marshall looked into the subject briefly and came against flat earth recently, but I'm hoping he reads some of these comments and finds out that was a mistake.

Look at the flight paths that airlines use in commercial flights, they are laid out to be as straight as possible on a round earth. Why would airlines waste money on excessively long curved flight paths? Look at how ridiculous is the flat earthers idea about sunrise and sunset. The entire earth should see the sun at rouhly the same time as it rises over the horizon, and we will all have day time. It is so thoroughly bogus. Spend some time with the people who debunk the flat earth, the evidence is superabundant. Also, look at flat earth people who perform scientific experiments and fail. People with a much lower level of technological development than us were able to discern that the earth is round. Here’s a simple example, in engineering and surveying, when planning for projects that span large distances, like pipelines, an equation has to be used that takes into account the curve of the earth. I have been looked down on too for seeking the truth of the book of Enoch in the American Roman Catholic Church. Many priests I asked about this and they squirm in their seats like school boys. Not particularly inspiring. But if you ask a priest in the Ethiopian church ( if you can find one in your city) this has been part of their bible since 400 AD or there about. Believe me it took me a year to go down this rabbit hole to find this information… not easy.Finding the book is Enoch just confirmed and strengthened my faith and increased my radar for B.S. from priest,doctors, politicians and hierarchies of any kind who ignores divine authority. Wonderful video on a basically taboo subject within the Christian Church! I've read Enoch several times. Thanks for pointing out the disparity of the Lunar vs. the Solar year. That helps a lot! I believe it also shows the origin of demons as a result of the coming of the nephilim. Most Christians equate demons to fallen angels. However I have always believed they were different. In Enoch 15, as God is pronouncing judgement on the Watchers for cohabiting with women, he declares beginning in verse 8. "Now the giants, who have been born of spirit and of flesh, shall be called upon earth evil spirits, and on earth shall be their habitation. Evil spirits shall proceed from their flesh, because they were created from above; from the holy Watchers was their beginning and primary foundation. Evil spirits shall they be upon earth, and the spirits of the wicked shall they be called. The habitation of the spirits of heaven shall be in heaven; but upon earth shall be the habitation of terrestrial spirits, who are born on earth. 9. The spirits of the giants shall he like clouds, which shall press, corrupt, fall, contend, and bruise upon earth. 10. They shall cause lamentation. No food shall they eat ; and they shall be thirsty ; they shall be concealed, and shall not^ rise up against the sons of men, and against women; for they come forth during the days of slaughter and destruction." Some years ago somebody posted excerpts from various epistles of Church fathers. The ones I remember seeing were(apologies if I misspell any of these), Irenaeus, Tertullian, Origen, Polycarp, Clement of Alexandria, Eusebius, etc. All of them(without ever citing Enoch as a source), were in lock-step agreement that demons were the disembodied spirits of the nephilim and not to be confused with fallen angels, who they probably get their marching orders from. Hope this helps us understand a little better the nature of our spiritual warfare and the principalities, powers and rulers of the darkness of this age and spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Dr. Marshall. I have studied a good deal of Father Ripperger's audio and video and have many of his books. He discusses the nature of Angels as being fixed after their initial decision. I don't believe the Seth line of thinking either but for Angels to "turn" and lust after man would seem quite impossible. It would seem more that these would have been guardians in their nature as God created them in the first instance but refused God in the initial decision of the angels as opposed to good angels who turned. But angels who have left their proper domain as Jude says in verse 6 of his epistle, did come to fornicate with "strange flesh" as like those of Sodom, as Jude states in verse 7 of his epistle. This is in line with what the book of Enoch reports. We should be careful about assuming we know more about angels and angelic nature than we really do. We shouldn't project what good angels do or don't do upon rebellious angels, as though they abided by the same restrictions. I don't pretend to understand the mechanics of it, but thr Epistle of Jude states it plainly, thr 6th Chapter of Genesis does as well, and it is corroborated by this book of Enoch.

However, the minute she married my father she became a Christian (on their honeymoon they were walking down the street and walked in a Pentecostal revival where she was saved) Baptist. Salvation is a free gift, no works, or keeping of the Law has any bearing on a person's salvation. Good works after salvation will be counted as rewards once that person is in Heaven. The Gospel of the Kingdom that Jesus Christ and His disciples preached was only for the Nation of Israel (Matt. 4:23, 9:35, 10:5--7, and elsewhere ) to prove to them that He was their Messiah. The writings of Paul (Romans through Philemon ) outlines the principles necessary to be a Christian follower of Jesus Christ. Salvation is not found in the faithful keeping of any religious doctrine. Read Romans chapter seven.

Some of the early Church Fathers taught that those angels took on the complete form of man = flesh. The Book of Jude said those angels "left their first estate." Saint Augustine was not exposed to the book of Enoch because it was lost already, so he came up with a theory. Up until that time, the Church understood that fallen angels took on flesh and listed after women who gave birth to giants. It all fits together and makes perfect sense. This is how bloodlines were corrupted as well. These secrets have been kept hidden from us, but God is once again revealing them for our times.

If what you say is true, it would imply they’ve created their own flesh by “taking” the form of a human, and only God creates new human life. A safe rule is that if any theory or writings contradicts the perennial teaching of the Church, as this would seem to, it’s better to abandon it or view it as allegory, and in this case, the allegory approach still works quite well 🙏🏻🙂

My thoughts on the whole thing are a bit of an expansion on what St. Thomas Aquinas taught. He says the following: "Still if some are occasionally begotten from demons, it is not from the seed of such demons, nor from their assumed bodies, but from the seed of men taken for the purpose; as when the demon assumes first the form of a woman, and afterwards of a man; just as they take the seed of other things for other generating purposes, as Augustine says (De Trin. ii.), so that the person born is not the child of a demon, but of a man." In other words, angels don't have bodies and therefore no reproductive organs. But like they have done so many times in scripture, they can piece together parts of matter in a very convincing likeness to human bodies (e.g. the angels who visited Abraham, St. Raphael to Tobias, etc.) Therefore, according to Aquinas, fallen angels can take on the appearance of a sensual female (aka a succubus), receive and hold onto male seed, and then turn into a sensual make likeness (e.g. an incubus) and artificially inseminate females. Now of course, this would obviously result in just a normal human baby right? Well, yes. But one thing to consider is that Angels are significantly smarter than humans will ever be. And given that just recently the WEF has said that it's now possible for humans to "hack" DNA, then it's certainly within the realm of possibility that a fallen angel could do just that, and way better than any human can do. My hypothesis is a little spin on the quote from Aquinas from above - the giants were/are(?) genetically modified human beings born via artificial insemination and genetic manipulation. If you're a Tolkien fan, think of the like this - the devil figure, Morgoth, can't create; he can only mutilate and alter that which already exists since this power is reserved to Illuvitar - the God figure. Likewise - no fallen angel can create a new nature, but -within limits - they can alter existing natures to a point.

And given that just recently the WEF has said that it's now possible for humans to "hack" DNA, then it's certainly within the realm of possibility that a fallen angel could do just that, and way better than any human can do. My hypothesis is a little spin on the quote from Aquinas from above - the giants were/are(?) genetically modified human beings born via artificial insemination and genetic manipulation. If you're a Tolkien fan, think of the like this - the devil figure, Morgoth, can't create; he can only mutilate and alter that which already exists since this power is reserved to Illuvitar - the God figure. Likewise - no fallen angel can create a new nature, but - within limits - they can alter existing natures to a point.

We already know they are mixing animal DNA with human. Now this book is all of the sudden popping back up into public eye to warn of these things.

They didn't say that it was false they just omitted it. The facts here are very revealing and talks about the true Israelites which everyone tries to keep quite especially Noah's disposition in our history.

It's likely there was some degree of corruption in the original text. That's why I think the present day text isn't inspired/protected from error; however I think the main gist of it is true. Very large skeletons have been found in excess of 20ft. This I find more believable than Godzilla sized humans stomping around.

First time I ever came across you. Very interesting and fodder for the brain. I remember years ago a discussion on giants, the speaker evidently did not believe in hybrid beings. He argued that back when the Bible was first being written, man was aware of giant bones from dinosaurs and the like and they were misidentified as human giants.

They started off somewhat of a normal size - perhaps a little bigger than the average infant and grew to gigantic sizes. I don't think they were Godzilla sized (perhaps the original manuscript writteb by Enoch himself says differently than what we currently have), but skeletons have been found all over the world of 20-30+ ft giants. Many books have been written on these findings and the skeletons are always confiscated and end up missing. Interestingly enough though, the powers that be are interested in finding original nephilim skeletons for some reason. (Perhaps to do genetic experiments in an attempt to reintroduce giants to the world again? Assuming they're all extinct by now, of course). There's an email exchange involving Hillary Clinton on the Freedom of Information Act website from a few years back saying that one of the reasons we were in the middle east was to find the tomb of the nephilim Gilgamesh. Wouldn't have believed that unless I saw it, but it's there on a government website. Crazy stuff. Jesus did say the end times would be like the days of Noah. Perhaps the giants will make a comeback. I came across another comment by the same person It's interesting to note that many world religions speak about giants in one way or another. It's likely that some of the post-flood giants taught budding human civilizations about their "fathers" (the fallen angels) and helped to facilitate the creation of many of the false religions of the world. 1 Enoch says that the fallen angels also sinned with the animals, meaning that they also manipulated the offspring of animal DNA to make mutant, chimaera-esque beasts.

Jesus calls the Book of Enoch scripture in Matthew 22:28-29 Jesus says “ But Jesus answered them, “You are wrong, because you know neither the scriptures nor the power of God. For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven.” Notice he says “you neither know the scriptures.” In other words inspired scripture. There’s nowhere in the entire Bible that those words about marriage in heaven are found. But they are found in Enoch 15:6-7.
