As a mainly Chevy guy the SVT Cobra R '01' is one of my top 5 fav cars. It's just so beautiful to look at. I think this was the best Mustang ever produced. I get there are faster now, but it won't ever stop me from picking this one as my fav.

Are you sitting down? I owned and regularly drove, a 1967 Ford Fairlane Ranchero with a straight, in-line six (banger). Three speed, on the column. A clutch on the floor and full drum brakes on all 4. It was one very rare and highly special machine. An absolutely amazing powerhouse. It topped out at over 80 MPH!

Sadly the Falcon brand is gone. FORD pulled the plug so it is gone and only the ones being looked after will survive. My Falcon is a Sunday car now. She spends most of her time in the garage.

One issue is with the top speed of the GT90. It was a claimed top speed, more like an estimated top speed based on aerodynamics and drivetrain. Jeremy Clarkson apparently drove it for the original Top Gear (1995) and said it "Had a top speed of 40, it handled like it was in a cartoon". And other pages I could find says that the top speed and acceleration were estimated. I do not doubt it since it was mostly a car show concept car, not a track car. I am thinking if it were really that fast they would have had official timings for it since that was faster than the McLaren's F1 top speed of 240 mph, and way faster than the Jaguar XJ220 (which shared parts with the GT90) which topped out at 212 mph.

The SuperSnake name goes back to the last 2 original production run Shelby Cobras, which were fitted with Paxton superchargers and were "estimated" to produce over 800 HP from their 427 Side Oilers (Shelby didn't have a dyno that could handle that power level, thus the "estimate"). 2 copies were made - one for Shelby himself, one initially sold to Bill Cosby that ended up with an interesting history and eventually got totalled in a wreck.

I recall in NFS 2 they had to use cobalt to help with cooling cause the engine was soo hot. I'd love to see Replica kits for the GT-90. Those are some scary fast Fords. I'd love to drive any of them for a weekend. Can't say we'd survive though. Most horsepower I've ever driven was around 320. A 4.7 litre V8. 0 to 60 in just under 6 seconds. Never tried for top speed, but will easily reach 100mph. Not scary.

SD cards having issues with game read/write speeds is nothing new. Back in the day i used to experiment with running different games on sdxc cards. Anything low spec game wise tends to be fine. But the second i ran something more intensive, like, SWTOR, i burned out the SD card after 4 hours of play. My recommendation? If its 120 mb/s or less then dont run major games on it, emulated mobile games (think handheld games like: (reg gameboy, color, adv, 3ds, sony psp, vita, etc) tend to do fine. If its something more robust, like any major console game for example, id say run it on a higher tier card. If available, UHS-II cards with their 300 mb/s speeds will likely be best here. Keep in mind, i ran these experiments almost a decade ago on 4th and 5th gen intel tablet/ slate devices at a time when most devices didnt natively support running these kinds of games (some tinkering was involved). So while I consider it valid, consider this info with a grain of salt.

The newer GT500 is also speed limited without the limiter’s it would be way faster than the demon and it would definitely be the fastest muscle car ever but it was built for road course racing and had to have the limiter people that buy the newer GT 500 remove the speed limiter so it would be fast but they are extremely expensive right now and are very beautiful cars wish I could afford one

@@shoolima7131 the Mustang is lighter so it takes less horsepower to go extremely fast the demon is over 4,000lbs it’s heavy so it takes way more horsepower just to go faster if the demon was light it would break over 200mph on the quarter mile with the same hp as the Mustang weight plays a big part in speed the lighter it is the faster it is the heavier it is the slower it goes meaning it takes bigger horsepower to go faster the demon is fast for it’s weight but it will not even touch a fully unleashed GT 500
