Do you want to know how to completely transform your body in 10 quick steps? Let's start with food and drink
Stop drinking alcohol entirely
Only eat whole foods that you can prepare at home - no ultra-processed foods at allu8h
Don't drink your calories, so no soda and also no zero-calorie drinks
Eat more protein - a bare minimum of 100g/day for women and 150g/day. Grass-fed need is the cleanest option
Avoid polyunsaturated fatty acids as much as possible, which are coincidentally found in ultra-processed foods
Let's move on to lifestyle
Go on short walks at least 3x/day
Get sunlight since vitamin D is incredibly effective at rebalancing your hormones
Switch out cardio for weight lifting
Sleep as much as you physicality can. Make this a big priority
Turn off your wifi at night since emf can dysregulate your sex hormone and increase cortisol. Look it up
And here's a bonus. Limit blue light exposure at night. Get blue-blocker glasses and use blue-blocking software on your devices.
And give me a follow if you want to lose weight without counting calories

@@theonewhoknocks2835 In the realm of scientific exploration, examples from history like DDT, cigarettes, and leaded petroleum reveal how substances once believed to be safe later unveiled their harmful effects. While agenda-driven propaganda played a role, the spread of misinformation was a complex interplay of scientific uncertainties, industry influence, and evolving knowledge. Genuine scientific inquiries, combined with manipulative tactics, contributed to initial misconceptions. These cases remind us of the fallibility of science and the need for critical thinking, reliance on established consensus, and transparency in navigating the information landscape. --ChatGPT

Effective weight loss methods generally include: 1. **Balanced Diet:** Focus on eating whole foods, like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Reducing processed foods and high-sugar items can also help. 2. **Regular Exercise:** Incorporate both cardiovascular exercises (like running or cycling) and strength training (like weightlifting) to build muscle and burn calories. 3. **Portion Control:** Be mindful of portion sizes to avoid overeating. Using smaller plates can sometimes help with this. 4. **Hydration:** Drinking plenty of water can support metabolism and help with appetite control. 5. **Consistent Sleep Schedule:** Getting enough quality sleep is crucial for regulating hormones related to hunger and metabolism. 6. **Stress Management:** High stress can lead to unhealthy eating habits, so practices like mindfulness, meditation, or yoga can be beneficial. 7. **Setting Realistic Goals:** Aim for gradual weight loss (about 1-2 pounds per week) rather than rapid changes, which can be unsustainable and unhealthy. 8. **Tracking Progress:** Keep a food diary or use apps to track your eating habits and progress, which can help maintain motivation and identify areas for improvement. Always consider consulting a healthcare provider or a registered dietitian for personalized advice and support.

Good for you. The not so good part is that you really haven't addressed the problem of the obesity you had and thus you will either bounce right back up again or will drink artificially sweetners for the rest of your life and the more you drop in weight the more you will crave artificial sweetners. You whole life will be about controlling your hunger signals, and eventually you will give in and gain weight again.

The only thing that's gonna happen is you quitting after 1 week. I dont know much but you need to do a calorie deficit, eat more protein, and take small walks. I mean a calorie deficit is alone enough to lose a lot of weight, the other things are just gonna make you depressed. They are good advice but you should add them in slowly not all at the same time.
@marcusstrinidad
@marcusstrinidad Жыл бұрын
This - average person should just focus on the calorie deficit part but eat what you enjoy. If they start by removing everything you enjoy at the beginning there’s a 0% chance they continue doing the foundational part of weight loss - CALORIE DEFICIT. All these “fitness” KZbinrs need to stop pedaling crash diets as a sustainable lifestyle.
@husamh4585
@husamh4585 Жыл бұрын
Weight lifting isn’t gonna make you depressed, it’s actually gonna make you happy and more energetic, and when the muscle comes in more confident. As for cardio, use it as a tool to eat chest snacks sometimes. If you crave chips, eat the chips, but get on a treadmill or bike for an hour+.
@husamh4585
@husamh4585 Жыл бұрын
@@marcusstrinidador just have discipline? Either do it 100% or don’t do it at all. Why half ass it? If you’re not gonna be fully committed, just stay fat since you lack the discipline
@marcusstrinidad
@marcusstrinidad Жыл бұрын
@@husamh4585 it’s just psychological and physiological. The physiological part is that the body always wants homeostasis (stay the same). So if you cut out things like sugar, alcohol, carbs, fats, etc overnight the body and brain will send so many overwhelming signals that it feels like to continue doing so feels impossible. And to keep pushing through thinking that there are “bad foods” like that can lead to a lot of eating disorders if not consulted with a licensed healthcare professional. Personally, I’ve been able to go from 5’6 160lbs to 136lbs in about 6 months and I’ve kept soda, alcohol, chocolate, chips, fried food in my diet while doing boxing training 5x a week and strength training 3x per week. I just eat them less frequently and weigh them so I know how much I’m eating and how to “budget” them into my calorie budget. What makes me extra happy is knowing I can keep eating what I eat now and maintain my current weight and I still eat the same things I did 6 months ago where I felt bad about my weight. You don’t need to cut out the things that make you happy to lose weight. If you lose weight and feel unhappy along the way you’re more likely to give up entirely. This is why crash/fad diets don’t work in the long term. Sure, they might make their weight loss goal but they don’t have the “discipline” to keep eating like that because it doesn’t make them happy. Any diet that’s says “you 100% cannot eat X” is a bad diet with an unhealthy relationship with food. Then they return to their old eating habits not knowing how to regulate their behavior around the food they do enjoy and end up gaining the weight back because they didn’t learn “discipline” for those kinds of food. But if you start with eating what you like but with regulation and “discipline” like you said, you’re more likely to stick with it for the rest of your life. And saying if you eat chips then get on a treadmill is bad. You shouldn’t treat exercise as a negative punishment. You want to keep exercise as a positive experience separate from what you do with your diet. If you happen to eat more calories that’s fine… but don’t punish yourself for it.

This is very bad advice when it comes to retention. People will not be able to keep up with all these lifestyle changes due to how strict this is. Focus on high protein, a calorie deficit, and weight lifiting. You will lose the weight and keep the muscle, (90% people’s goal with diets). from there you can start adding these changes that do bring benefits, but very marginal in comparison. That way you’re not focused on unnecessary perfectionism and keep retention higher than with this diet for new lifters.

@@pmiller7148When it comes to losing weight, it literally is. Calories are what determine if you lose weight. There was a dietician professor who did a 1500 calorie diet for a month and ate nothing but Snickers and at the end of 30 days had lower triglycerides, cholesterol, and blood sugar despite eating what no one would consider a healthy diet which is horrible in terms of macros and even worse in terms of micros. Being fat and obese is one of the worst health outcomes for most people.

@@xoutofgum No there isn't. According to Dr. Layne Norton, there's some suggestion some species of bacteria which show up in larger quantity, but that impact hasn't been evaluated yet as positive, negative, or neutral and still needs to be. I am no specialist, but here are my 2 cents. If a person go on a calorie deficit changing ONLY his diet without muscle training and other exercises. The basal metabolic rate will decrease and the person will be able to eat even less calories in the future otherwise the weight will be back. There is more, the "calories" a person eats are also important, insulin spikes are an important part of the process of "storing fat". So yes, imo the tips mentioned in the video are awesome!!

Various government agencies set upper limits for radiation exposure. People living with multiple wireless hotspots, who additionally use Bluetooth and a multitude of radiation emitting devices, are oftentimes exposed to much greater concentrations of radiation levels than those deemed safe by the regulatory agencies. Moderate amounts of none-ionizing radiation is considered safe, this does not mean that none-ionizing radiation is harmless.

I have a lot of challenges: Most of my joints have arthritis and most of my muscles are in constant pain . Also, my resting heart rate is around 110-115 and I already have a hard time breathing when I’m just sitting (congestive heart failure), so exercise is out. I’m fine with just drinking water, although I can’t drink it on an empty stomach or I get heartburn. I don’t eat a lot of meat at once because just the smell of it makes me nauseous. I usually have to have it with carbs but I’m trying to be gluten free anyway so I’ll compromise and have with sweet potatoes or quinoa. I’m fine not drinking alcohol because I haven’t had any in 4 years because I have a bad liver and just a few sips makes me 🤮 I have $48/month for food and supplies for two people so I’m not sure how I can possibly consume 100 grams of protein a day… 🤔 I have no idea how to turn off my Wi-Fi or what the blue screen thing even means. I’d love to get sleep but I have sleep apnea and can’t afford the copayment for the CPAP. I’m exhausted every single day. I sometimes have insomnia too.

Oversimplification (how much men and women should eat without looking at their goals, bodies, or needs). Setting up rules that you'll end up breaking (no more soda, not even if it's zero calories), cutting out a huge part of a food group (carbs). Go on walks 3 times a day, weight lifting 3 times a week, sleep as much as you can.. You're making it sound impossible, while pretending this is super easy and attainable 😂

150 gms of protein is utterly too much for the body. A beginner who's 50-60 kg and works out 4-5 days a week needs up to 40-45 gms of protein everyday. This is also for ones who work out 3 days. Less than this makes your muscle recovery slower as u sleep. Also the protein alone doesn't help to get bigger u need sleep as well. 135 gms of protein is hard for your liver and small intestine to digest giving u issues in Long run..
