This is an unpopular opinion. Oatmeal is very filling, low calorie, and loaded with fiber. All things which are conducive to heart health through controlled blood pressure and cholesterol, and weight loss.

Think about classic stories: Tom Sawyer, Huckleberry Finn, the Wizrard of Oz, LIttle Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, etc. Did they have parents? No, the parents were dead. Like a lot of people before the 1930s when antibiotics came into use.

A Harvard study: Association of Animal and Plant Protein Intake With All-Cause and Cause Specific Mortality. Researchers brought in a large group of people and they looked at the protein they ate and who lived and who died. They controlled for the cholesterol and the fat so they could look just at the effect of the protein. Conclusion: Animal protein is always associated with higher cardiovascular mortality. Plant protein was inversely associated with all cause mortality.

I think the arguments you made around leafy greens and alcohol are a little bit limited. If people get sick from eating Chipotle with contaminated lettuce, that’s a different thing than raw milk getting people sick. The raw milk has intrinsic characteristics that make it unsafe whereas leafy greens are often mishandled within the industrial supply chain that make it unsafe (i.e. a worker not washing their hands before handing)

What i have Morning wood (every day and when i say every day , i mean it) Sex drive (just wanna be fast and furious, i guess im horny all the time) Im not losing hair I don't est a plant based diet but my diet is 70 percent non veg , 30 percent veg. I don't know if im obese , can anybody tell me if im obese or normal(16 yr old , 65 kg , 5'7 feet) I don't drink alcohol obviously

It's insane. Ive been doing it for a couple months, plus no alcohol. Lost like 95% of my acne, have healthier hair (beard and hair), have gone quite lean, skin tone much more "alive", feel an insane amount of energy... It just goes on and on. Plus obviously you feel much happier when you are actually eating healthy...

I did exactly this strictly..no cheating ! I have lost 23 pounds since April 1st, 2024. Now is October 7th, 2024. There are only 3 more pounds to go to reach goal weight of 110 pounds. At 74 years old, I am feeling fine. Women generally have a harder time with this, but it does work. Your body will thank you. ❤

Count your calories people, that will help you to not get fat, at the end of the day its calories in vs calories out doesnt matter what you eat.
