@@camodeano3003 Really isn't a lot of data though, and while it already boasts a ton of characters like half of them are just different forms of a character which greatly reduces the amount of work needed to design them all. And it's way easier now for them to design the characters than it was back in PS2 days due to access to superior tools, plus Spike could potentially get access to reference models from Bandai that have been used in other games or media to help aid in development too.

*These missing characters are not in the Season Pass of the game, because all the 3 DLCs of the Season Pass are only Super Hero (the first DLC with Gamma 1 and Gamma 2 already confirmed) and Daima (the other 2 DLCs).* So I hope for a 4th DLC with all the missing stuff (characters, stages and costumes). We need at least Pikkon and Super Android 17 (and also the Hell stage from Janemba's movie).

It always kinda irks me that they never include the Piccolo variant of Super Buu, I mean, I get it, but it's a missed opportunity for some genuine variation. Have the original being a glass cannon, the Gotenks variant could be more of a brawler, while Pic is more of a trapper varation, and the Gohan version is a combination of all three (like the best attack from each variation, something like that).

Honestly I’m fine with the roster after adding movie characters to base. And I’m almost certain they will be having a dlc pack of OG dragonball, with this pack we should get general toa, king piccolo, arale, maybe nam and devil man, general blue etc. I am definitely ok with this being a DLC as honestly those characters are likely least desired for day 1. Now the only issue is idk how they’re gonna be adding the real hitters we want. If they could of added like 6 more characters for base it should of been nova, ice, 17, pikkon and maybe supreme Kai, kabito Kai or maybe king vegeta and fasha. I’m just really not sure how you add all them in any kind of dlc pack that has a central theme. They aren’t missing many gt characters unless they give us some we never had, and idk what pack pikkon would come in. It’s just a bunch of small misses here and there I wish they would of just added them so the dlcs will be easier to predict. Only one I am sure of is OG dragonball pack likely late 2025. If they do it like season 1 release it will be like 2 themed packs with 15-25 characters total. After the Diama and Super Hero dlc it’s really up in the air other than OG. And I’m not counting out some of the manga content getting implemented or maybe the dub coming 2026 so that’s gonna be another pack for sure with black frieza, ultra ego vegeta, meerus, granola, and Moro for sure

He’s in the same bracket as the likes of Piccolo and Krillin. Oh and he’s also a main character in Daima, even on the main art with Goku.

I was sure that Pikkon, tao bai bai and super c17 and demon king piccolo would be playable in this game. Thats wild that they arent. They are all iconic characters esp. Tao. To see him excluded is very unexoected, he was the first real big challenge for young goku in the manga and anime and is a staple of db villains imop.
