A friend of mine ( who now lives good, a block from the Lake in Michigan because her old husband finally got his well earned veteran's check coming in ) and I were looking for her a to rent home and we went in one just like the slidey one. She was in Florida at the time and it had been vacant for five years and it was in a heavily wooded area. I was watching for snakes. I actually like them but I don't want them on me lol. And sure enough, in a small bedroom was coiled up was one huge and I mean Huge rattler! I jumped into her arms! LOL As she "put" me down we both had to start laughing. It was a rubber snake some kid had left there. Place had roaches later on too! I'm glad they're living good now. My Uncle sold mobile homes and I've always liked them. We have frequent hurricanes though so we got a solid built home a few years back and so far it's withstood Irma, Hermine and Michael.

new subscriber I feel so stuck, I am on the verge of crying, I rented from a real estate because I thought they would care about the homes, well they are slumlords! wow they won't fix anything, I am disabled and have a special needs daughter, if I complain about anything at all ,they go to kick me out! even though I was never ever late on my rent, and to make it worse if we go to court she is related to the judge ,I am in rural PA need to relocate to upstate ny asap but do not even know where to begin ,I see all these empty mobile homes and would do anything to own one ,just need a hand up not a hand out do you have any videos on beginner's? thanks sorry for the vent

What are your go-to's for ceiling repair and replacement?

Depends on what its made of. The ceiling I was spraying was made of masonite - a type of weatherproof composite wood. I try to use whatever material is there. So if it's sheetrock then I'd just replace it with that

I do not understand if the park owner binge watches your videos. She should have had the knowledge to flip those mobile homes and make a profit for herself. A lot of times people watch the videos for entertainment only. Then you have the few people that’s willing to put in the work of what they have learned.

Be very careful buying a mobile home I'm in the Mortgage Banking business in really we don't Banks do not want to finance them and they don't want to refinance. As you can see they do anything to make a block to flip a piece of Tin. What a shame. Now they're trying to make mobile home just the price of a regular houses. And then some still have to pay lot rent. These investors and everything they should be put to shame.

I agree. I got into this because I can put people in homes they might not otherwise be able to obtain any other way and at a profit for myself. But I’ve seen some investors jack the price up to crazy amounts because some of them come from a traditional real estate background and have no idea what they’re doing. They just want the bag
