So interesting - thanks for posting. It seems the tour guides have varying degrees of knowledge about the history of cooking in their homes.

My favorite the Chateau de Caumont. I like the kitchens that have not been modernized. I can only imagine how wonderful it must have been to cook and prepare food in those kitchens. They must have smelled amazing with all the pots, the bread and the smells of the wood fires. Incredible.

This was great, the translation was great, but I so wish there had been less visual focus on the guides and more visuals of the kitchen elements. Thank you so much.

I’d rather tour kitchens in historic buildings than anything else!

Toutes les cuisines à mon avis sont formidables et tellement pratiques... Elles me ramènent à une époque familière...

Marcellus Castle ❤. I just loved 🥰 that kitchen! So historic, so beautiful! I can just see and hear in my heart the hustle and bustle of kitchen preparations of a long time ago 😂❤

I loved them all--I particularly like the bread rack--it reminds me of the one in the corner of the ceiling in the Blanc's homes in Aosta, IT.

I love this channel , but this has to be my favorite- voice translation is excellent- so much to see and onscreen translation you miss so much yet personalizes of the host still works .

While we dream of the romance of working in these old kitchens please remember how common it was for a female cook to die when the re clothes caught fire or the horrendous scarring people carried because of the burns they suffered. But the kitchen is great nonetheless. Thank you for the video

Interessante l'argomento ma le spiegazioni sono poco articolate sui modi di cucinare, usare gli utensili ... meno cucine più spiegazioni
