I discovered the GCI Rocker chairs last year on vacation. We now have 4 for the travel trailer. 2 of them are the shorter ones specified for the beach or campfire. THANK YOU for the great videos. I discovered you and subscribed while looking into Ocean Grove RV resort at St. Augustine. We'll be going there for the first time in June.

Thanks Jason. They are nice. One of our favorite adds when we’re traveling. Have a great time at Ocean Grove. One of our special places to stay.

@@iLoveRVlife what’s your favorite sea food restaurant in the area? Thanks, Rob
@iLoveRVlife4 жыл бұрын
Robert, so much has changed since Covid. Menus were limited when we were there the month of June. For fancy, try Rain Tree. Good Greek in town in the square at Athena. O’Steen’s is good traditional coastal seafood. O C Whites is good seafood near the square. Oasis at the beach is a favorite. Good sushi and Thai at Baitong. Go for wings at Hurricane Grill. Fish tacos at Ebtide at the campground. Catina Louie at US1 for Mexican. Good music, beverages and raw oysters at Golden Lion in Flagler Beach (go Saturday afternoon).

Thanks Theresa. A good pocket knife is one of those handy items. Isn’t that sharpener something. I gone through a bunch and this one has become a favorite. Joan and I just drove through Augusta on the way home for the holidays.

Great ideas. I have used that sharpener style for years filleting fish and processing my deer meat. The Smith brand is the best and lasts. Going to pick up one of those knives and probably the Roku. Still have to buy a TV for our new trailer. Didn’t want the garbage ones they come with. As a note, My AT&T Direct TV app use doesn’t go against my data usage per the info I was given. Just got back from Black Rock Mountain State Park in GA.... wow... awesome mountain top views from our site but I may need to borrow the grey wonder to get back up there ever again lol. That steep drive up is no joke on a half ton truck.

Thanks a bunch. Blackrock is great. Unfortunately our 5th wheel isn’t a good option there. That’s a great area. I worked in the Clayton and Rayburn County for the phone company in the 80’s. Love this part of Georgia. Also check out Amicalola State Park kzbin.info/www/bejne/f6m7eYF-grBondE Another very nice Georgia State Park Campground.

Great Steve. The trick was to leave the base on the monitors for additional stability. We’ve been on some rough roads this year. Nice to have everything set up destination to destination.

Jerry, can you do a video on campfires. Do you use the camps fire ring or something like a solo stove? Do you carry your own wood? Cook over the camp fire? Just an idea...thanks for great videos.
@iLoveRVlife4 жыл бұрын
Hi Kelly. We’re an occasional campfire creator. We don’t bring wood often traveling across state lines and restrictions due to bug infestation. We buy wood locally at the campground or a close by roadside stand. No cooking with the exception of a few marshmallows evert now and then.
