Tony has a HUGE problem when booking champions that aren't MJF, The Elite and FTR (most of the time) everyone else is made to look like a chump or is just spinning their wheels until a new champion arrives

I've said it before, but I'll say it again: Orange Cassidy might not exactly be an AEW original (working for other promotions before AEW), but he damn certainly deserves to be named a pillar of AEW. When he got injured in that ladder match (Revolution?) you could just _feel_ his absence from the show. Dude held up the midcard almost singlehandedly, and if there's one thing pillars are known for, it's holding things up.

MJF already proved he was a great wrestler and a great heel during his time in MLW(pre-AEW) as the faction Dynasty which consisted of him, Richard Holliday, and Alex Hammerstone(before he left the faction and turning face) was one of the best heel factions that terrorized the Tag Team Division eventually resulting in an amazing feud with The Von Erichs over the MLW Tag Team Championship which saw MJF and Richard use any and all heel tactics to ensure they kept the belts, and prevent the Von Erichs from winning the belts though they would ultimately lose the tag titles to Ross and Marshall Von Erich at SuperFight Saturday and the promos MJF during his time in MLW definitely earned him heel heat, heck during the feud over the tag titles that him and Richard had with the Von Erichs MJF did a heel promo during a show in Texas that was basically him insulting Ross, Marshall, their dad Kevin, Lacey, and the Von Erich family as a whole, and the state of Texas as a whole that basically got him death threats.

AEW has a real problem where they'll have someone who has the crowd in the palm of their hands, literally the hottest thing in the industry, and have no idea what to do with them. So many times, guys have gotten over big time only to either disappear for weeks on end or just kinda spin their wheels, squashing jobbers until that heat has vanished completely. Happened with Ricky, happened with FTR, happened with The Acclaimed, happened with Wardlow, happened with Miro.
