+zocki5 They aren't all stock. There is a a ~50:50 chance (im not certainly sure about that cause WG doesn't publish a lot information) when 2 modules are available to get the one or the other. So I think half of them are using 406 and the other half the 420. ;)

Flamu did you notice? i think as long as you pick your ship to be part of the team that team looses.. you should try setting up 2 identical maps, modes and switching, once you play on kruf. side, next on yamato side.. etc..to eliminate influence of your ship to your team positioning etc.. i think it plays a role..

God DAMN! Kurfürst has INSANE ARMOR! It is at this point where I feel the need to ask, What THE HELL is the point in getting a Montana over the Yamato or Kurfürst?! Montana has NEEDED buffed for ages, now it is OBVIOUSLY the weakest tier 10 BB! Even if you want to kill Cruisers, you would be better off in the Kurfürst than the Montana, because WHEN you need to fight other BBs the Kurfürst actually has a MUCH better chance at winning than the Montana!

Nadeah Etue but you can mostly delete cruisers when they show broadside. Destroyers are a bigger threat, because you really need cruisers and dd's to eliminate them.

Actually in a bot match, the one with faster turret traverse speed normally wins. The potato Yamatos most of the time can't fire because they are doing crazy shit maneuvers and the turrets can't keep up.

I have citadel them at 15 km, in my experience, the best range for a Yamato, also, I did a 35k damage not citadel, they are tough, but don't have an OP armor

They are really good up close, the issue is the current meta is snipe from afar. Turtle back does not work very well at 20KM, and the ship is a torpedo magnet. It turns out to be pretty good, but the current meta may not suit it well.

the ship is a beast against other battleships but in a normal game, u dont have only battleships. The G.Kurfürst has by far the lowest torp defence among the battleships, and it's a huge target. 1 vs 1, it's a beast against other battleships but in a normal game he's going to struggle proberbly more than yamato and montana

the tests conducted here are naturally going to flavor the Kurfurst because bot battles eventually evolves into close quarter combat which the Kurfust is king. The Yamatos might have done worse because in close quarters their terrible turret traverse is going to hurt them a lot. Had a lot of fun watching these, though!

I wonder if the American superiority in fire control radar is being figured in. If so the smart American player would be able to open fire before they are detected or at least more accurately at long range. Of course it seems that most players like to play these modern bbs as though they are Napoleonic ships of the line when long range Jutland style firing is far more damaging.
