ACTUALLY, Jiffy brand has more than cornbread mix. They also have a yellow cake mix, biscuit mix and muffin mixes annnnd they have a plethora of recipes on their website. My grandmother used their cornbread and their biscuit mixes quite often, mostly when she didn't feel like breakin' out a ton of dishes for scratch cooking, which is how she made 95 percent of her meals, desserts and snacks, incorporating a lot of WWII era recipes like saltines, cheese and milk for a cool summertime heat buster for supper. I don't think she ever made us the famous Ritz apple pie though. An apple pie recipe that had no apples -- one of the rationed foods of that time, for those who aren't aware.

For anyone who is reading this, if you have it available in your area, I HIGHLY recommend Olipop prebiotic soda instead of regular soda. I agree with a lot of these swaps! Many of these swaps are good stepping stones , like the peanut butter. However. I would suggest you use powdered peanut butter as the next step from natural peanut butter. It has less calories per serving and a lot more Protein! If you think peanut butter has a lot of protein, just wait till you see the amount in powdered peanut butter! Also you get to eat about 3x more powdered peanut butter than natural. However I understand some don't like it, but for those willing to try new foods in the pursuit of health, I would definitely recommend it! Edit: I am NOT sponsored by powdered peanut butter

Thanks so much. I have Hashimoto’s (for a couple of years since pregnancy with my little Bub who’s 2). I have also had thyroid issues as a teenager when I was very skinny and overactive. I have tried to not have McDonald’s for around a month, I do love their chocolate thick shakes though. :) Each country’s macros might be different like NZ, Australia and Canada might be a bit better than the US? My weight is slowly getting better without the milkshakes, I knew they wouldn’t be great (even small) yet they were even crazier. What do you think of hair analysis intolerance testing? Mine came back with gluten, dairy, soy and peanut sensitivity, I know I get a tickle throat and headaches from Lima beans and blackcurrant and they both came back sensitive. Thanks!
