Love this my hot girl walk is actually a cold girl walk lol as I’m in the Uk and it’s cold and unlike you don’t look hot as I’ve got my wellies on and a bobble hot and thick coat 😂❤

Workout video that also burns glucose and fights insulin resistance. I've been told walking and running won't fight insulin resistance, that I have to use hand weights to transform the sugar ... do you have a combination walking and hand weights workout, that can either be done on a treadmill or walking?

Have a few kids age past 45 and then come back here and do a short. We were all skinny and six pack abs at your age without even dieting or working out.

I always think of how much fat I want to loose as sticks of butter lol!! So Id like to loose like 4 sticks off each leg and probably 6 around my midsection, and maybe one on each arm. That is like 4 pounds of fat haha. Not a lot but enough to feel hot for my husband when its off! I get it off by doing super high protein and low calories. But then I get tired of needing to eat "special" foods and so I fluctuate - which is my way of sustainability!!

My small win for the last few weeks has been hitting my water goal. Im pretty good with no phone zones. We don't allow electronics at dinner and i love to cook so the phone goes down alot when i cook

I have two vision boards I’m made a long time ago on poster board. I go and look at it once a month.I add to, and put dates on the things that came to pass, it’s great and motivating. 🙂👍🏼

I will do stretching for 5 mins, protein food first thing, and quiet time with God in morning for recharge and to start day off in a nice direction !😃
